We got a great room with a view of the marina and the petones. Free parking was onsite and near the elevator to our floor. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant for dinner our first night, and found great breakfast place ( Baracudda Bobs ) a short walk in the marina, and another dinner place ( Tortugas ) a short walk away. We only used one of the full beds which was very supportive. Walking around in the hotel requires few steps with lots of ramps for people with mobility problems,
Our room did not have a fridge and the small coffee maker was broken. They probably would have gotten us another but we only stayed 2 nights so didn't report it until leaving

The only positive was the view and location from the first of the 2 rooms we stayed in (availability issue)
Well overpriced.
No maintenance of the facility and room (old, dirty, very very bad drainage in the shower in both rooms, WC damaged,)
No one to receive you at the entry, no help with luggage, staff unfriendly. no value for money at all! If you can, stay somewhere else. you will get the view just by visiting the Hotel, no need to stay there.

they charged me 1000 MXN more cause they say the children of 12 and above are considered like adults while I had booked for my children of 12 and 16 as children on your website...

The gentleman that helped us with our luggage and parking was excellent. He was very caring and helpful.
The room was very cold and we found out that there is no heat available. So unacceptable in a property of your caliber. Only one chair for two people. I have stayed at the Marinaterra twice in the past and had beautiful spacious rooms, so imagine my disappointment when we were taken to this cold tiny, sparse room. I will share my negative experience with everyone I know.

The rooms and the facilities are great.
Beware of false marketing on this hotel about the spa. They advertise the chocolate spa as their own but its an outside business with very shady practices. There is no price list, they don't accept cards, they have no affiliation with the hotel. The owner will ask for any price as long as the customer is ready to pay. They state they have branches in Vegas and Paris which is absolutely false and misleading.

Location is great to walk to the yachts. The marina also has a couple of restaurants and bars to go at night. Room was spacious, clean, and felt renovated.

We loved everything about this hotel. Clean facilities, a great location on the marina, gorgeous views of the water and Tetakawi, and a very friendly staff. We also loved the sister facility beach club, a short walk away!

The bathroom was nice. Good shower.
Bed was hard. Pillows very lumpy. Noisy neighbors every night. Some mechanism nearby was constantly cycling on and off all night. Couldn’t open curtains because anybody walking by could see on your room.

The location is wonderful, and the view was just what we were looking for. The suite was comfortable and spacious. We were carrying a lot of luggage, for a long trip, and we were able to find plenty of room to store our belongings and not feel like we were living in a storage room. Daniel, at the front desk, helped us with two cart-loads of luggage and was very friendly and patient.
The staff in the restaurant (Manuel) was very accommodating to a couple Americans who did not speak Spanish, and helped us with our meal choices.
A very nice place that we would enjoy visiting again on our return trip!
The steady, fairly loud hum and heat from the air conditioning unit on the deck made it less enjoyable to sit on the deck. However, the trade off was that it made the inside of the unit very comfortable so we just dealt with that element.

Dehumidifier is needed in the room to contact the humidity
