Location and price is great. Friendly staff and family environment.
If you want to party and have fun this is a great place. But if you want to rest during the weekend, is not your best choice. Also the bathrooms can be cleaner (shower floors).

Breakfast was not included, and the location was good for our needs.
Too many noisy children and the large swimming pool and slides directly above our room were a safety concern for us.

.. They let guest party till way past midnight, so.... it was loud one night.

The location is an good place i like it
The a/c on the room was in poor condition, on middle of the night it get an error code and after that it was not working, other wise was a hugh water leak on shower and that leak was permanentle honesty I hope the staff have been repaired that issues before rent again

This is an extremely reasonable hotel and about the only thing available in San Carlos when I booked it. The bed was very comfortable, the room very big and the location pretty centrally located
My only complaint about the hotel is that the tile floors and concrete walls and hallways make for an echo chamber for noise.

Everything was clean. Air conditioning. Cable TV (Spanish). Roomy. Decent shower with hot water

The door upstairs was hard to open by key and the bathroom was so smelly that the whole room smelt when we came in.

A big clean room with a sea view, good value for the money.
The walls between rooms are very thin, I couldn’t sleep at all because my neighbours were listening to music or watching TV almost all night long.
Without a car it’s not very comfortable.

Nice swimming pools. Pretty good location and good value for a suite.
I had requested to check-in an hour early. The hotel responded accepting early check-in.. when i arrived i was rudely told that check-in was at 3:00.. i mentioned that i had received a message from the hotel accepting our early arrival. She responded, "that is an automatic response, our check-in time is 3:00" she even wanted to show me her computer screen with the messages.. eventually she did get us a room that was available.. so i just do not understand the argumentative attitude of the receptionist...
