The cottage was a great little getaway set in beautiful peaceful gardens, very clean, private and comfortable with everything thought of including breakfast, spa and treatment, coffee machine and nice touches like chocolate and quality toiletries.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.....maybe just more time to play tennis 🙂

Good breakfast supplies & other condiments/ tea/ coffee & maker etc (some de-caff tea would be welcome). Extremely well set up and maintained cottage, wonderful surroundings and beautifully designed garden area. Clear instructions for the Covid-safe era!

Only comment was an old mask and a lot of dust under the bed, only noticed as I was working out how the bedside lights switched! I also didn't like not having planned to stay longer....

Fabulous location and proximity to Maleny, picturesque outlook from the Downdarry cottage and for a relatively small space, the fit out was homely and modern. Will return!

Loved the view, beautiful outlook and gorgeous garden as well as very comfy bed. Great breakfast supplies and friendly, helpful staff.

A little bit of road noise but convenient location.

The cottage was very clean and they thought of everything you could need .the bacon eggs juice and milk were extra special 😋 we will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends

The only thing was that little step into the bathroom Kept forgetting about it

Bendles is a lovely place and very peaceful

We wanted a holiday where we could lounge abour and read books and the lounge was very uncomfortable. The bathroom and toilet were really cold compared to living room area some sort of sealing heater light would be good

Toorak cottage was a perfect place for a getaway.

We wanted private, self-catering couples accommodation with an in-room spa bath, not far from restaurants, national parks and the Glass House mountains. The aim was to celebrate a birthday in style and get in some excellent bush-walking. Bendles Cottages in Maleny provided more than we hoped for. Total privacy, king-sized bed, well-stocked fridge and coffee/tea/breakfast supplies, insect repellent, condiments, bathroom soaps, bathrobes etc. So many little and special touches. A quiet and beautiful environment. And so close to everything we needed, with 2 restaurants within 5 minutes drive, a supermarket within 10 minutes drive, and the Glasshouse Mountains, Kondalilla Falls and Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve all within 25 minutes drive. It was the perfect base for our daily hiking adventures, and the ideal place to return to each evening.

Nice location and comfortable cabins that have everything you would want for a short stay.

Our friends cottage had a minor issue with their shower. The valve for bath or shower was playing up. Which meant water came out of both the lower bath tab and shower head at the same time.

…from the moment we walked into the cabin it smelt damp with foul stinky musty odor. we went to the supermarket and purchased disinfectant and cleaning products to clean the surfaces, bathroom, toilet and mini kitchen. the microwave oven smelt like old socks. the drains in the bathroom smelt, entire toilet smelt foul. the air conditioner had foul smell when running. cobwebs and small spiders in corners of ceil and windows. bedding and especially pillows foul smelling.

Everything lovely :) from big spa bath, robes, fireplace, to thoughtful breakfast goodies, BBQ and peace and quiet, location etc

Only criticism is that the bed in the Toorak cottage seems to be 2 singles pushed together, which means it dips in a little in the middle so not the most comfy...

Fantastic stay. Really enjoyed the spa bath and products. Also the breakfast basket and bacon & eggs was a very nice touch. The place was clean and well presented, bed was super comfy. Would highly recommend Bendles Cottages.

Unexpected breakfast hamper not listed on booking.com site, but generous and welcome. Everything necessary was provided, comfortable and well located.

Nothing we didn't like, but prefer personalised check in, not self check in, but understandable at present.
