One bed was sitting on bricks, tiles missing in bathroom and only 2 blankets for 3 beds

Nothing, not even a basic clean was done before we arrived.
It was nothing like the booking.com photos, it was old, dirty, doors had all been kicked in, left over cooked sausages on the floor of the deck, some kind of snot looking substance on the lounge arm, the windows had hand and face prints all over them, both toilets had old skid marks in them and staff smoking at our door way - $1400 for 4 nights was a total rip off.

The location was perfect. An easy walk to the show grounds or city.
There was always water on the floor in the bathroom. It had been like that for some time as the cabinet kick boards were very damaged.

The young lady at reception was very friendly, and was understanding of our concerns - we received a refund.
We drove 700kms to this location. On initial entry, did not notice concerns. After spending 20 minutes winding down - noticed the beds had not been made, the sheets were dirty, there was insects in them. The floors were filthy. Too much to list.
The Booking.com photo was completely different to what we received, I suspect the photos are many years old. I could understand the leaks, loose fittings and dated appliances for the price, however for the bed to made with dirty and loose fitting sheets, I was not satisfied at all. Left 2 hours after check in (after going to get food and refill car) and went to an adjacent motel.
I really recommend Booking.com has a representative look into this facilities listing. Again, the young girl at counter was lovely, and was at no fault. The facility however, unacceptable.

No service was done to the rooms such as no clean towels given and rubbish wasn't taken away. I had to ask for a bin bag and clean towels.

Location was good.
Pillows were horrible, one pillow per bed with no spares in the cupboard.
Lack of blankets in rooms. Even in warmer weather still need decent blankets for each bed.
Loud noise neighbours. Had to be told by other customers to be quiet and stop yelling and banging on door to room.
Aircon noise kept on room very loud n hard to sleep with the noise.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room tidy.
The traffic noise was much louder expected, although I should have realised given its location.
The beds were made with only sheets, and the blankets in the wardrobe looked like they had been washed in the same load as something like tissues, when we asked for new blankets this was a challenge as they were full and reception had to get new blankets from a room closed for repair

It was not cleaned to standard. TV not many options available and only a couple channels worked. Everything required some form of maintenance to furniture, fridge etc. Incredibly noisy as rooms are facing main street as well as noise from other guests can be heard.

Great location. Its a good price. Its not noisy considering how close it is the highway which is awesome.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable, which was great for a good night sleep. Room had lovely timber blinds that block out the sun.
