Proximity to beach 👍🏼Very fine sand 👍🏼 Far away from road noise 👍🏼 Bar/restaurant 👍🏼Live music 👍🏼 Two pools 👍🏼 Real hammocks! They actually can hold American-size tourists 👍🏼 Free bicycle rentals (the sign to rent the the bikes is hidden). Their pier seemed sturdy which is important especially if you get a massage over the water 😏 Immediate attention to fixing anything that breaks. A courteous hardworking staff working quietly in the early morning to make the grounds look perfect. LeRoi was awesome. Very adept at scheduling our excursions. He actually cares if we had a good time or not. He needs a raise. Tip generously, he more than deserves it!

Upgraded to a King size bed 😉 but it was actually just springs covered by a layer of fabric. At first it was comical because it felt like a trampoline. Boing! But later, it just hurt our backs. Our room was the closest to the beach 😃 but it was right next to the sail boat rental kiosk. Equipment kept banging against the wall. More hooks and shelves are needed in the bathroom. The sargassum!!! Noooo...of course this is not the fault of the hotel. Thankfully, they worked everyday on removal of the sargassum. Hopefully, they will be able to install drifting buoys one day to keep the sargassum from reaching the beach.

Room and property was clean.

It is a bit of a walk from the centre of the island. Our bathroom smelt like sewage every time we flushed.

The staff were great. I liked that it is a small resort with all you’d need for a beach destination. I really liked the location of my room.

It sounded like water dripping at night or a toilet running but it wasn’t in my room.

All the rooms were smelling with mold, REALLY SMELLING. it was impossible to stay in the room even for few seconds. The staff upgraded us to other room, less smelly but still bad smell. Stay away

Sargassam on the beach was overwhelming the clean up crew. They worked very hard, but never got ahead of it because it kept coming. It made it unable to swim and use the beach.

The location of the property was good, but not the insurmountable amount of seaweed and its stench.

The insurmountable seaweed and its stench -- Made it intolerable to sit and dine at the facility's restaurant and bar. Plus, we could not enjoy the room nor the view from our balcony due to that very unbearable smell. The facitily should have made an effort to clear this particular seaweed with such a strong stench.

Price, cleanliness

I love that the property had its own beach front and some hammocks that faced the beach so you can watch the sunrise/sunset. I love the bar and restaurant that was open early and late. The food was amazing and the drinks were just as amazing. Also they have a spa area, two pools at everything at the hotel.

The property was very well maintained and clean, and in a great location south of San Pedro town.

Fantastic beachfront location, only 20 minutes walk from the centre of San Pedro with its bars, dive centres, etc - but far enough to be peaceful and not have lots of passersby. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were good and it was very convenient to have the restaurant/bar on site.

Customer service at the bar/restaurant was a bit odd, and wifi was intermittent in our room.
