It was comfortable and the bed was clean and so was the bathroom, what I found the corridors and the paint a bit rundown.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

The hotel was very run down. It felt very dated. There is a bar in the lobby area that is not staffed. The rooms were sparsely decorated. The beds were not particularly comfortable.

The reception was polite and friendly, and the cleaners were very friendly and always helped when we asked. The place was close to shopping and within walking distance, and I loved the food(breakfast and Dinner )

I wouldn't say I liked the kitchen staff; they were not polite and never said hello Bed -not comfortable Room- too noisy I couldn't sleep because it was too loud from the road and buildings.

the booking on the website was odd. I was told on the website to book two rooms for my family of four. but was told when I arrived onsite that I could have booked a single room for four and that they have experience with the website recommending odd configuration.

Rooms are very noisy as there is a crossroad just nearby, isolation is not great within the hotel as you can hear people talking in the hallway

Unclean not sanitary

In fact, I didn’t like anything. I regret booking this hotel.

1. Location - next to a busy lane. Forget a good night’s sleep. Also, the hotel is located on a hill, so without bus or car, you’re going to get exhausted in the sun. 2. No cleaning of rooms, no staff speaks English satisfactory. No hospitality at all. 3. No breakfast, and the refrigerator was broken. I had enough, went to reception to complain, and they provided me with another room nearby, but the room was missing certain essentials, no kettle, and smaller too.

Good wi-fi and breakfast. Unfortunately this is where the good stuff end...

The hotel is under renovation. Obviously they dont mention it anywhere but this is the case we faced... The room had awful windows with broken mechanisms - the insulation was terrible. The bathroom was terrible and really not taken care of. The hotel could be good after renovation but at the moment I wouldnt suggest anyone to visit it.

The room was nice, the bathroom as well. I wouldn't call it a 5 star hotel, but very worth it for the price.

The couch in the room was old and a bit dirty and the bathroom had a few dirty stains.. I would go there again nothing too dramatic!
