The location is fully sorrounded by a beautiful garden, far from the noisy streets like Aurelia and only at 10 minutes walk from seaside.
The place is very peaceful and relaxing.
The kitchen is a bit dark (you have to turn lights on in day time), the apartment is slightly dump and there are mosquitos.

Ok if you like camping, because that's what it feels like.
It was cold... inadequate heater. No hot water in shower hand basin. Tiles coming up on living room floor...sharp and dangerous. Electrics dodgy. Shower walls deeply cracked. No kettle! I would have been embarrassed to market the place. No wonder owner waived the deposit when we got there!

Very nice historical Villa with huge and beautiful garden. 10 min walk to the city center. 10 min walk to the beach and the promenade.
