Basic studio apartment See other comments regarding parking

i chose this property only for the private parking written on booking.com. When I reached the property after a long drive, the host mentioned that there is no private parking. Very disappointing as I had to drive around to find street parking. Very unprofessional to write false misleading information on property description

good location for the see and the beach, very poor kitchen, lacks all minimum needed equipment

i have informed the owner about the rain water and the gas boiler water infiltration and flooding in th early morning, they came for the repair in the late evening

Building is nice. Nice view on beach and sea. Near to the beach. Near to the bar and restaurants. Near to the bus station. Near to the San Marino.

Small to small for family 2+2 - I do not recommend. Not for long term stay.. Old kitchen appliances like stove, refrigerator and air conditioning did not work after several hours. The worst were the sockets, not adapted to the European Union. I was boiling water for tea in the bedroom! Why the shower is in the hall?

No hot water, no wifi, no space, ni ktchen tools... terrible!

The view is super nice! The location is perfect. The apartment is confortable.

When we arrived the electric lighter for the kitchen was not working so we had to buy a lighter. Also the kitchen is super basic, there is not a lot of things to use for cooking, but still enough to manage some pasta.

The room in reality doesn't looks like on the photos. Wasn't clean and it looks unmaintained.

Really good location, 200 metres from the beach. Free parking on the next street. Very good contact with the personel. Towels, kitchen equipment, clean apartment
