The location was perfect and within walking distance to center of town, room was clean and host was very nice.
I only wish that there was a coffee maker in the room. They do serve coffee if you ask, but only after 8-8:30 am.

Малък семеен хотел, който разполага с всички необходими удобства. Домакините са изключително мили и отзивчиви, бяха се погрижили да охладят приятно помещението преди пристигането ни. Стаята беше просторна и чиста., разполагаше и с балкон. Закуската е вкусна и прясно приготвена. Разположението е отлично, в старата част на града и в близост до центъра. Към момента мястото не предлага вечеря, но на кратко пешеходно разстояние има добър ресторант, Паркингът не е точно обособен, но може да се намери място за паркиране пред хотела. С удоволствие бихме посетили хотела отново.

Като препоръка може в бъдеще да се поставят комарници на вратата в стаята и на прозореца в банята.

Just perfect location of the hotel, within 5 min walk from the centre of the town. The room was smallish but a high standard, warm, super clean and comfortable with all mod cons in it. Room service was another nice touch :) Will definitely stay again!

excellent place to stay. I stayed in different places in Blagoevgrad and this one was by far the best out of several different options. Very comfortable beds.
just a minor suggestion: you may put some coffee and/or a few tea bags in the room.

Perfect location - close to city center and on the way to ski center, parking for the car right in front of the hotel under the lights; extremely clean, hot and comfortable rooms. The hosts - family Petkovi were great, the daughter Stilyana who has met us was fabulous and very friendly, all our requests were done immediately. The food is delicious and you get it in the room with no charge for room service. Very good internet reception, plenty TV channels,
Can't find a fault, all was perfect. All necessities were available. Maybe a small electric cattle /0.5 l/ in the rooms. Nothing else. Wishing a great health and luck to family Petkovi.

Great location. Really friendly staff. Lovely little hotel and perfect for staying in Blagoevgrad as close to town centre and the park. Would highly recommend. Breakfast not included but freshly made and very reasonable. Lovely place.

Covid rules well followed. Easy to find and to park the car. The room was clean and cosy, and nice hearing the sound of the river. Location is close to city center and not far from Tsarski Klyb, a nice restaurant.
