location was fantastic!

property management - there were mixed texts about a keys and codes / picking keys up. Due to car issues we arrived very late in the dark and all that was left was a key. there were no instructions how best to get to the property / where to park (ours did not have a car spot). it’s a small thing, but when you arrive tired, these small things mean a lot.

only had a double bed in the master rather than a queen. no secure space for mtb. a bit dated

The location is amazing.

The apartment is tiny, there is no way it is suitable for up to 6 adults. We booked for 3 adults and 2 children but the trundle bed (which was intended to accommodate either the third adult or one of the children) wasn't even made up. It had broken slats and a crappy foam mattress, once it was pulled out there was no other space it the room. The whole apartment is way over furnished with what appears to be the owner's reject furniture. The same goes for the crockery and cutlery. Nothing matched, there were 2 whisks but no spatula, the pans were all old and dinged. The layout is terrible, there's no room to move about due to an overwhelming number of couches and chairs. It needs a thorough clean and a bit of money spent on modernising things.

We are familiar with Mowamba. The location is excellent, virtually in the heart of Thredbo Village and easy to get to. The apartment was fairly generous, with plenty of seating in the lounge and beds, 3 showers including one in the spa bath, and a terrific refrigerator.

The main bed was not really comfortable, being a bit soft and if it was a queen-size, it was a small queen. The oven worked well once we figured out how to operate it, but would have liked some instructions. There was no wifi, which we knew in advance. It was a 3-flight walk-up which is mostly all right, but hard work when carrying supplies and luggage up and down.

the location was very convenient - right in the middle of the village.

As i picked up the keys in Jindabyne, it was a little tricky to find the apartment. there was no signage at all. Some helpful locals pointed us in the right direction though :)
