Room was OK but a comfortable chair would have been usefull .The breakfast was not worth the money that we paid

Convenient, ideal location, right on the doorstep to town and beach. Hotel was clean, bright and quiet. Beautiful sea views across Exmouth. Very friendly and helpful staff. Value for money!

Breakfast was quite expensive at £15 per head, but everything offered and more if we had wanted it, so ok! Room was in the attic and had a very tight enclosed en-suite. but for a couple of days, it wasn’t an issue.

Very Spacious, good quality bed and very good furnishings. Good shower. A bar, breakfast, polite staff. Right on top of town and yet far way from any noise ! Free street parking. Everything was better than expected

Limited parking on arrival but found free parking along hotel front, more spaces seem to be available before lunch, although parking is limited this won't put us off staying again, excellent hotel and stay

Excellent staff at Reception. Salema was a Gem. Nice clean rooms, excellent sea view and nice big sash windows that you can open for a nice breeze.

Host was lovely, the bar was nice and the art work on display.

Our room was absolutely awful. In bad condition, needs decorating and cleaning up. Basic utilities, tiny bathroom not acceptable for that price and awkward to move round. No water provided in the room for kettle and basin in bathroom too small for kettle. Room stuffy with no air flow from corner window, bed uncomfortable and on a slant. Terrible room.

The hotel is in a great location a short walk from the beach and the shops. Nice outlook towards the sea overlooking a pretty park.

Purely cosmetic, it’s a little dated decor wise but this really doesn’t detract from all of the positives.
