Great wellness area and pools. Also good value for money bistro and restaurant offers. Staff was friendly. We were lucky with nice view from the room window

The bathroom/toilet doors doesn't fully close, there's always a gap in the door which was really annoying. The beds in private double room were not comfortable, mattrace sliding off, pillows and bed linnen very uncomfortable. The fact that you are expected to remove the bed sheets and bring it out to collection point - I get that it's a hostel, but double room costs as much as some decent hotels where you don't get to do your own housekeeping and get comfortable beds, so definitely not a good value for money. Also the hotel policy on booking is not up to date. It said nothing about extra charge for small kids and yet we were surprised with this extra cost as it was not listed while making a booking. The breakfast starts only at 7:30. With hungry early riser kid that's an inconvenience.

The staff were super friendly and helpful; the rooms are spacious which is so unlikely for hostels and the pool is incredible! The location is perfect

Expensive for a hostel

The location, the spa , the pool and the beautiful view from our room. The staff is really friendly and breakfast is good.

Well organised shared rooms which allow some privacy and not getting woken up by anyone else in the room. Toilets and showers were very clean. For me, the best thing of the hostel was the spa area. It was really at a good Swiss standard with beautiful view on the mountains. The staff at the hotel are also very nice and allowed early check-in, as weather was really bad that day. Would definitely come back.

the bedding was heavy and the cushion had bumps inside it. not very comfortable. Also, not enough shelves in the bathroom.

A bit expensive for a shared room

amazing views, great pool (also with amazing views) functional clean and efficient rather than cosy but it has a great atmosphere. about 10 minutes walk through the village to the main skiing area but we found it could take 20 in ski boots with kids carrying skis etc, so you might want to splash out on storage at one of the ski shops at the foot of the pistes if you want to conserve your energy for the slopes!

I asked for an extra pillow on the last night and wished I'd done this earlier as the one they provide is a bit austere
