The ocean vue from the room was incredible! The apartment was very big. The pool bar is offering a wonderful vue to the ocean! The pool bar manager is really really kind, he makes wonderful cocktails and smoothies!

The bathroom was a bit old… the bath specially so it gave the sensation of being dirty but it wasn’t. The little window in the bathroom was broken so I couldn’t close it and with the wind it was really noisy!! I ate a tuna tartare the first day at the pool and the fish wasn’t fresh so I got really really sick all night!!! I told them, they were really sorry and kind but it shouldn’t happen.

The location is perfect and the staff was amazing. We had a small issue in our apartment and it was fixed the next day. Our apartment looked like it was recently renovated. Very kind and attentive staff!!

The apartment was clean very functional The swiming pool area and pool bar were very inviting to sit about.Beautiful walks along the beachfront.

Decor a bit outdated.

Good location very close to the beach and ocean. If you have a car, you can park on the street easily for free. If you travel by bus, the station is like 10minutes to walk. Supermarket, bars, restaurants are 5-10minutes away.

The apartment smells of smoking, good for smokers, bad for others. There's no AC or heating. In January it was cold in the night, we slept in tracksuit and socks to stay warm...

the apartment (especially bathroom and balcony) needs renovation. electric kettle didn’t work. it was ok for us for a short stay but if one plans to spend entire vacation in the apt, it might be not very pleasant.

The location is insane! It literally couldn't be better. Just a few steps from beaches and surf spots. We had the premium sea view and I think we said wow every time we saw the view.

The apartment could have been cleaner, especially the floor. There were also dead mosquitos on the walls and the ceiling. The shower was leaking a little bit.

The bar staff very friendly the room hadn't been refurmed like some off them knew when booking but took a chance chipped coffee cup the hob not working first day asked for someone to look at it no response at all only microwave to used couldn't have any decent cooked meals no oven very very old furnishings the room needed knocking down not much different price than refurbed ones but not available at the time was told I could cancel but The pool was lovely and surrounding area

Like I said above I think you have got the message look after your customers better they are your bread and butter

The apartment was clean and close to the pool and bar. The price was reasonable and it’s a lovely walk along the beach. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. It would have been nice if the pool opened earlier and the bar shut later but I can’t fault any of it really.

Good price. Central waterfront location. Spacious apartments. Lots of communication prior to the stay. Quick responses to questions during the stay. Restaurant on site. Went out of their way to make things right when we were dissatisfied.

Heat was a bit sweltering in the ground level apartments and the single small fan was not very effective. Leaving the windows open for ventilation let in dozens of mosquitos. No closed gates surrounding the pool which was a hazard for toddlers. The “beach” in front of the property is very rocky with no sand to speak of.

the view from the garden terrace was very poor, we were right outside the kitchen so it was very noisy especially early morning when items were being delivered, and outside the garden terrace there was a pile of rubbish a big piece of wood old garden chairs, it was very unsightly!! , the other terraces had screening up I suggest that room 7 needs the same at least to block that unsightly view, I think it’s all from the kitchen area? and we could hear all the noises from the kitchen and the kitchen staff talking loudly a lot of the time. Also the room wasn’t that clean, some of the dishes had dried up good on them, we had to wash them before we used them, all the skirting were dirty!! I brush them with the sweeping brush and there was a bug pile of cob webs and dust!! snd my bed had bugs under the sheets, the beds were old and had stains on them, I suggest the beds need renewing. it was very hot at night, although there was a ceiling fan, it needs air conditioning.

The room itself. Old and rundown. The security of the complex was lacking, fence not standing upright. Construction in the complex. The bedsheets felt sticky. The couch felt sticky and not comfy and very very old. The furniture was very very old

Everything. The view from the balcony, the cleanliness, how spacious the apartment was.

There was nothing to dislike.

You have all the facilities to cook if you want. There is Netfilx! Nice balcony with sea view, we seen the surf education every morning from the balcony. The food was delicious, good value for money. Short walk along the beach you reach the old town easily.

Everything was fine.
