We loved everything about the resort. The staff,Food,cleanliness all 5star. i would definitely go again next year. 5star means 5star. We loved it.

The staff of the front desk apart from Halimi the others were arrogant and rude and we seen one of them talk to a holiday maker in a manner that upset us all. Abdul kadir is a lovely man and it's shame all the rest of the front desk staff are so arrogant and rude they definetly let resort down and I am sure others have voiced the same concerns. It's a lovely resort but the staff on the. Front desk need sorting ou,Halimi and Abdul kadir your the best well done for giving us more confidence.

the Staff are not friendly at all…. specially the restaurant and house keeping staff. Their private beach is full of rocks in the water.

Superb check in. Fabulous pool. Fantastic staff. Great location. Always spotless.

No dark rum!! Balcony in our room, if I sat on the balcony I was looking at a concrete wall despite lovely view if I stood up. Loud entertainment till midnight too close to rooms. Not everyone wants to be up late every night. Mini bar is hardly worth it.

The food is very good

The buffet was always crowded.

Resort has a lot of open area and has a private beach. Resort has a number of outlets to eat and drink from which varies with the time of operation. Some are in the morning and some are till late night.

Resort is a rip off to your pocket as the manager forced us to upgrade the room, otherwise he was offering the worst of the rooms with twin bed, ground floor with no natural light. He did not make any effort to look for an alternative room. Even though the resort was not busy at all, he insisted that the entire 500 rooms are occupied and the only one left is with twin beds and no natural light. We eventually had to pay more another room which was very basic. While the resort has services listed on the website, but most of these services have very awkward timings e.g gym only opens at 9 and closes at 7; similar sauna is only open for certain hours. Only things that stay open for the longest time are the shops which charges outrageously high amount e.g a simple souvenir costs 10 euros while the same item costs 1 euro or less in the city area. Further, most of the employees working at the resort did not understanding or speak english and many of them were actually teen agers. I would not recommend this resort to anyone, specially if the purpose is leisure with family or partner.
