We didn't have control over the air conditioning. I wasn't positive if my sheets were clean since I found a pill in the bed when I turned it down on the first night. It would have been nice to have drinking water and coffee making supplies in the room

The King studio room was fine and bed mattress was very comfortable! Room was clean. The ocean view from the deck was amazing! Plenty of chairs and tables. We ate dinner (we brought the food to the location) to a gorgeous sunset and breakfast the next morning! Coffee every morning to the gentle waves splashing below us! Need I say more?😀

No clothes iron. Consider a floor mat near door to catch dirt on shoes. Wall outlets not in ideal locations in bathroom and bedroom.

Perfect place to stay in Rincon. Close to the popular places but far enough away to feel secluded. Really enjoyed seeing the cat Polly every day. You can tell she loves living in paradise.

Having coffee provided would be the only thing to wish for.

The beach view is absolutely beautiful. By far one of my favorite places to stay in Rincon.

Location location location, you can't beat the lanai less than 10 feet from the ocean. This is a perfect getaway for those needing a place to relax or quiet place to work from. Plenty of outdoor inspirational sitting areas, either at the Garden area or beach front. Plenty of places to go have breakfast lunch and dinner all within a 3 minute drive or a 5 minute bike ride.

You could hear people outside of my room in the garden area, so definitely for that specific room, it's not to soundproof. For some the room (the one I stayed in) could be a little small, but I had no issues as all I needed was a place to sleep and shower the rest of the magic is outside the room.

The beach it's gone with the wind the pictures showing a beautiful beach it's not what is actually there 3 feet of sand and waves bouncing the rocks. No place to seat at the beach due to waves reaching the remaining few feet of sand.
