I loved every minut I stayed! Felt from the beginning on very welcomed and almost like a home! The breakfast was also amazing at one point I wished I could’ve eat more. The bedroom was clean and quite, with great outdoor seating’s. I would definitely recomemd this place!

I was pretty dissatisfied with the place. I was promised a room with a sea view but instead I got a dinghy room with a tiny window on the upper corner of the room looking out to the unkempt garden. The room had an attached bathroom and while sitting on the toilet seats, my legs didn't fit properly because it hit the glass enclosement for shower. No one cleaned my room while I stayed there and I had to do basic cleaning with my dirty clothes to make the room liveable. A light outside the room was turned on all night which the flimsy curtain couldn't prevent from entering the room. The breakfast was pretty basic and heavily rationed.

The host and his family are very kind people with smile on his face everyday. Luckily we didn't have any problems and questions during our stay but they are impressive that if we had, we can count on their helpful hand anytime. There is a very nice dog Verene which walks you to the room and the gate, wagging its tail cheerfully:) The view from the shared tarrace was amazing and there was served very delicious breafasts - we are gluten and lactose Free and that wasn't problem! There were a lots of options for us and we are really impressed, salami, cheese, corn flakes, bread, yoghurt, jam, honey, fruits and sweets. If we needed to leave our room very early one Day becouse of our trip, there wasn't any problem to give us the breakfast the Day before to a fridge in our room. Our room was spacious, nice and cozy with Individual entrance and clothes dryer. Each room had a small part of the garden to sit on. In front of the house is a lots of Space to park a car. The districk is neat, calm and nice, but i think it's better to have a car.

The bathroom could be in a better condition, the mirror was dark, and the fridge in our room was noisy and doesn't cool as well but these things aren't a big deal

Big house in a great location, 500 m from the beach, with three private apartments/rooms and your own mini garden. Clean, comfortable, relaxing. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and home-made pies/cakes each morning and authentic Italian coffe! But the markable memory for my trip in Domus de Diana wil be my host-Maurizio and his gorgeous family. He is an extra value of this place-the most polite, nicest, honest host I've met! He was helping us with any issue we had and solve the problem with a smile on his face and in perfect English, which is not taken for granted in Italy. So THANK YOU Maurizio for making our trip even more special! I felt in your home like in my own! To finish my review- if you're planing to come to Olbia or nearby -this is the place you will enjoy in! Highly recommended, I'll be back for sure!

Domas Diana is a wonderful location to retreat to: great location close to the beaches, beautiful view of the sea, comfortable room, but what makes it that much more special is Maurizio, a wonderful host who takes pride in what he does. Thank you.

The apartment is very nice and clean. The location is perfect, just couple minutes from the beach with a couple of nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruits and variety of cakes and bread. Hosts are very friendly and willing to help. TV with YouTube and Netflix it’s a nice bonus. Pittulongu is a good option during stay in Costa Smeralda as it’s way cheaper than other towns and you can reach everything easily by car.

Wifi can work better, was very slow sometimes.
