Stayed here for one night, in a single room. Quiet and comfortable, comfy bed. OK breakfast.

The room was spacious and the location was great.

Overall our stay was good, but some areas could use improvement. The entrance floors to the annex where we stayed were sticky and the shower didn’t drain well. The parking lot was a little tricky to find and was actually just a public city lot down the block.

The breakfast buffet was good and the outside seating was great, even in the rain as it had a cover.

The buffet dinner could have been better for the price.

This is an excellent hotel situated in the centre of Tolmin with parking facilities a two-minute walk away. The bedroom was spacious with a modernised en suite, good air conditioning and shutters on the windows blocking out light if you like a darkened room for sleep. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. An excellent breakfast is provided. There is some upgrading going on at present i.e. the elevator is being upgraded and some work on the third floor but this did not interfere with our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One criticism I would have was no waste bin in the bedroom - there was a small one in the en suite and tea/coffee making facilities would be a bonus.

The room was nice but some details were not taken care of: the TV and two lights did not work and the bathroom missed hooks for towels, the cabin didn´t close and the shower head was not fixed to the wall... Breakfast on Sunday when the hotel was crowded took very long. All items were gone and the refill of bread, meat, dishes took too long to enjoy the variety.

Great that we had both bathtub and shower for the room. Breakfast was super. Hotel is in the center of Tolmin.

Elevator is just being built. Check the price and room type by arriving!! We booked cca a month ago a family-suite (44 sqm) for 4 persons that means 2 connected rooms on a higher price. By entering the suite a 22 sqm room we had with a small sofa for the kids. In 2 min we complained at the reception and that was the first time when they said 'oh somebody changed your room type in the system, but now we have no bigger room'. Come on!! And exactly the same happened with a couple in front of us. We had a choice to cancel the accomodation or get a discount, so the price for a this 1 room. One positive thing that they fixed quickly and we got an extra bed into the room.

The hotel, the was really clean. Tolmin and the region is so nice for hiking or do some extreme sports. The most positive thing of the hotel is the breakfast. Big various of food and even gluten free, sugar free and whole grain food and alternative milks which is not really common.
