The location of the apartment is excellent. Shops, restaurant, small bakery are in few minutes walking distance. The apartment is really big, have enough space for a bigger family.

On site parking means parking on the street in front of the apartment which is not convenient if you cannot find a parking place close to the apartment. Air conditioning was poor, only the kitchen / living room was air conditioned. Rest of the rooms were pretty warm. The bath room was stinky a bit. The apartment should be refurbished fast since many thins were in poor condition (kitchen cabinet, broken leg of a chair, big cracks on the floor…etc)

Good position, within walking distance of the main town, loved having a washing machine in the apartment, and the coffee maker was good too!

On street parking was OK, but thought the parking might have been off road. Would have preferred to have washing machine detergent available, instead had to buy a large lot at the grocery store, and leave behind.

The apartment is extremely spacious with three independent bedrooms, two bathrooms and large living room with kitchen. Location is perfect... within walk distance to the city center. Close to a bakery and super-market. It was possible to park two cars on a private driveway next to the house, which is very important in the location. Perfect location for rock climbers as well. Owner fluent in English and very kind and helpful. communication via WhatsApp without problems.

Extra spacious and close to city center, beaches, a grocery store, and a nice restaurant (Il faro). Dominik is very kind and friendly.

Not so strong wifi signal

The apartment was perfectly situated, close to the marina, bars, shops, restaurants and beach and we had the best time.

All we missed was any literature on what was going on in Rovinj , ie maps and brochures etc . but it was all easy to find so no problem at all.

The host was net and the apartment was clean.

The accommodation did not meet our expectations. It was completely different as declared in the advertisement. First, it was impossible to contact the host prior to our arrival. Her cell-phone was not reachable. After arrival, we had no place for parking although in the advertisement there was declared, that the accommodation has private parking. There was only one parking lot by the house, already occupied by another car, so we had to stay on the street. The apartment was on the second floor, without lift. The furniture was damaged, obsolete. There was dirty water coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Problem access to the bath, where it was almost impossible to wash children. The bathroom stank so we had to keep the window open all the time. The kitchen had poor equipment, no microwave. The air- condition had only one unit, situated in the living-room, which could not cooled down the whole apartment. We were able to stay only one night. We were forced to find another accommodation immediately.
