We had a lovely stay here! The price was incredibly reasonable and i was surprised by the size of the room and the facilities in it, as well as the cleanliness and overall feel of the property. There was lots of off road/street parking that was free as well, which was a bonus. There were lovely bakeries and restaurants minutes from the property and it was right on the seafront too. Its about a 25 minute walk into central Southend which may be too far for some, but was ideal for us.

The bed is really comfy, the room was a good size, the place is nice and clean, the crockery etc are clean and plentiful, it's close to the centre of Southend and overlooks the sea.

Everything, great location, 15 minutes to the pier, 20 minutes to the city centre , walking, just cross the road and you are in the beach, really ! Very quiet place and the beach very nice !! Great restaurants and cafes around 👌. The studio have everything you need , and comfortable, clean. Thanks 😊

Really great place to stay! The staff was absolutely lovely, the room was super clean, the facilities were amazing and the kitchen full of everything you might need. The location is also perfect, right across from the water! The staff was also super responsive which was really appreciated!

Everything was really pleasant and I wouldn't change anything!
