The owner is so wonderful and kind hearted. I could not use her facility due to a mistake on my part but she politely made me feel so at ease. I will recommend her facility to anyone that wants a peaceful and wonderful guest house owner to have a good rest.

Really gorgeous rooms. Comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are modern . Enough space for 2 people for a short stay. Beds are super comfy. The owner is such a lovely lady too! She also provided cereal for breakfast and fresh milk. Would 100% recommend. Location is amazing 3 minute walk from the beach. Value for money is amazing can’t get any better than this!

Location was good - 5 mins from the seafront, and friendly owner

Tiny room with no wardrobe to hang clothes or place to keep luggage; no breakfast provided apart from cereal boxes which for £90 a night seems poor value for money. Fresh towels were not provided the next day. Also the owner had a dog which meant the communal areas smelt of that (luckily not the room).

Carol was an amaxing host , we was stuck due to the train strike and nithing was too much trouble hughly recommend this hidden little gem.

My only quip was that the curtains were not black out so we was woken very early by the brighr sunsgibe on both days.
