the staff are not accommodating and friendly at all, I booked the sidecar room, supposedly 2 single beds, but they gave us a double bed, and they said that the two single beds are full now, how come it was full, as I already booked and paid for it? it was really annoying, the pin code wasn't working so we need to go down stairs to open our room if we go to the toilet or one of us needs to stay in the room so she can open the door if I go outside. the guard at night was not helpful as well always on his phone and wouldn't like to be interrupted. it was the worst part of our paris trip!!!!

Renovated room, price is OK for Paris, metro 10min walking distance. Good wifi

For some people the area might be dodgy, bathrooms are mostly shared and toilet has always been wet, as if someone showered in there. It's a bit loud in the pathway, you hear every word and movement of the cleaning staff from Early in the morning onwards. I advise to bring earplugs.

We had to use a code to get into our room the doors where hard open and moment we opened the door the room smells old and musty. I could figure out the smell. The floor was dirty and didn’t look like it had been swept up. The beds smelled like cigarettes the blankets didn’t even have cover, it was a weird fiber cloth shouldn’t even be considered as blanket or sheet. On top of that the so called blanket were dirty and used blankets. I think all they did was fold the blankets and didn’t even clean the room before we stayed. I had to ask for a new room the next room perfect compared to the before the bed did not smell like cigarettes and the so called blankets were not as dirty but it was still not good. The breakfast was not worth $5. Best to go out to eat for breakfast for the same price for 3$ more instead of cheap stale bread butter and jam and orange juic. Should at least have cheese ham, boiled eggs, some fruits different juices, different milk options

The location was accessible.

The hotel was built for profit with no regard for comfort. The rooms are small, with no chair or table. They had no iron in the room, nor have an iron in the entire hotel. The rooms had no hangers. The bathroom is so tiny, you cannot stretch your hands forward in any direction without hitting the wall or glass door. It's unbelievable to have the kind of wallpaper on the wall in 2023. There was no complimentary tea/coffee in the room. Actually, there's nowhere to put it. I make these comments for the owner to improve things there. It is not value for money.

Stayed for 4days and no one came to clean my room at all . I also had to take out my own trash in the room . The heater in the room was not working properly and the showers were dirty and the walls are not soundproof

for me shared washroom was close. it can be far. room was clean

they didn’t give even a single towel. It was price to value. it was far from center and tram line is 15min walk from the hotel. there was no room service too.

Room was too minimal: only bed, no bedside table, no wardrobe, no bed lam Shared bathrooms and showers were often dirty and wet, too little, with an unpleasant smell We left outside the door a bag because there was no space inside and when we came back to the hotel, it was in our room: they entered in our room without permission nor notice! No phon nor minimal towel. The hotel wasn't even cheap, considered the its quality and its position :40/50 min by metro from the city centre

it was cheap

bad location. very small room. beds were hard with old doublet and only 1 pillow shared bathroom and shower. our room was full of mosquitoes resulting in both of us having 20+ insect bites each.
