Carlo was so accommodating!...he guided us thru all the options for Lake Como...continued to text with things to do, including after leaving for our next city...he was genuine with our care and needs...the beds were so comfortable...walked to downtown. Great parking...great stay

Comfortable appartment that was well equipped with everything we needed. Owners were helpful & allowed us to arrive early. They also provided good recommendations to help get the best from our trip.

Carlo and Guilia were very kind and warm. They welcomed us very warmly and helped us with a lot of recommendations about lake Como. The apartment is very warm, cozy, clean and equipped. The location is the best. 3 min from the center and very quiet. Hightly recommended appartment.

A lovely clean property with great facilities. The hosts were brilliant with lots of help and advice and stayed in contact throughout our stay. The access to bikes was the icing on the cake!

Very nice and cosy place, it has everything you need in an apartment, free parking for the car at the property, very comfortable beds, good coffee 😀, very good location, 15 min walk to center Bellagio, 5 min walk to a secret beach on the lake, and the owners are very careful, they kept in touch with us for the entire time we staid there. The host was very helpful and attentive, the place was clean and cosy. The location is perfect, a big park is in a 100 meter, so it was very good with the dog. We could let the car there just in front of the flat.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. They picked us up from the ferry and drove us to the location late at night when we arrived. The host gave us tips and recommendation and talked with us on whatsapp whenever we needed help or information. They even send us a list of what to do in the city and ordered pizza for us. Very lovely people, very clean apartament. Would recommend to anyone

Everything was great, location close to the center, equipment, a super comfortable bed. kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, great atmosphere of an Italian apartment. the hosts were very, very nice, they provided us with all the necessary information. perfect stay, thank you! :)

Hospitality, warm welcome, all you need.

The location was perfect, with just a short scenic walk to all amenities in the centre of Bellagio including shops, restaurants and cafes at the waterfront. Carlos made us feel very welcome on arrival, even picking us up from the ferry and taking us to the apartment. He gave us all the information we needed to explore the town offering suggestions of places to visit and how to get to them. the ferry service operated throughout the day into late evening enabling us to visit other towns including Como, Menaggio, Varenna and lecco at our leisure. We visited in early October and the weather was perfect, not too hot or too cool. The location and apartment gave a realistic experience of living in authentic Italy, beautiful buildings in a stunning location with plenty to do and see. We both felt very at home in a short space of time and when it was time to leave it felt like we were leaving our home and were sorry to leave. We would not want to stay anywhere else when we return. Bellagio was our favourite town out of the four locations we visited by Ferry as was our apartment. thank you Carlos and Giulietta

Very nice apartment with everything we needed during our stay. It is only a 20 minute walk to the beautiful centre of Bellagio but you already have a view over the lake closer to the accomodation. The hosts were lovely and always made sure everything is ok. So if you're looking for a nice place to stay in Bellagio I can recommend Casa San Giacomo.

The hosts were amazing, as we arrived late and it was raining heavily, so he picked us up by car and brought us to the property ON HIS BIRTHDAY! Thank you so much for your kindness! :) The room has everything you need, and dont be scared that the beds are pull out beds, they were incredibly comfortable! We had very good tips from the host on what to visit, and we will definitely want to return and stay longer. Its a great choice for Bellagio!

Everything was great!

Really hospitable hosts! We arrived to Bellagio harbor late evening with lots of luggages and prams. They took as by car from centre of Bellagio and drove with us to San Giacomo. They explained us all necessary informations about our apartment and neighborhood. Apartment is full equiped and you are able to cook, wash and relax. Place is very clean and convenient. Host are fallen in love in Lake of Como and local history. We spent there 4 very unforgotten days!

We had an excellent stay in the studio. The studio is not far from the center of Bellagio, you can walk there in about 15 minutes. It is a really quite place and there is a nice beach with bar nearby where you have a beautiful view on the lake and good cappuccino. There are a few restaurants nearby. The hosts are really nice and inform you in everything you need to know for a wonderful stay. You can use the bicycles for free. We also took a boat trip with the host wich was really fun! We really recommend this place!
