The staff was amazing. Nice, polite and very helpful. Tha pøace was very cozy and pretty.

Right in the town near to offices and crowd. Breakfast is ok but everything is limited to what are on your table. It looks a bit run down from the front and parking site is unpaved next to the old building and controlled by the front office.

We had a bit of problem at time of check in as the lady does not speak English at all. We felt that we did not get much help of what to do as tourists in Temuco. Anyhow we are pleased to help small business to grow for future generations.

Staff very helpful. Hotel well located and easy walk to centre, shops and restaurants. Local produce is abundant.

The persons at reception were a bit lost about some staff regarding the hostel payment.

The hotel was surprisingly quiet and more spacious that we initially thought and we had a good nights sleep. It’s a shame the owners can’t speak any English but google translate did a good job at the desk and they were all very obliging. We had secure car parking. It was very clean and comfortable and I would recommend for that.

Only fast food outlets were available within walking distance - definitely the wrong end of town for any restaurants! A good supermarket is close by though.

Great location to downtown, yet quiet. Room was spacious and shower was nice and hot. Staff very friendly. There was secure parking for our car.
