I loved the location. Very close to the local store. Just outside of the compound gate. Within walking distance to the sea! The facility is an apartment in a closed compound guarded by security. We had a self check in with all the ifo provided by the landlord. The apartment was clean nicely furnished and equipped. The adults enjoyed coffee machine and a dishwasher while the teeneger had fun using the PS 3 , ping pong table with the gym zone. This place is cat friendly and does not impose extra charges for the pet what was a very positive surprise!!. We enjoyed wking everywhere as it was a pleasure to slow the pase down in local streets, but there us a bus stop just outside of the compound that goes in direction of Gdynia. All the information we wanted were provided by a very helpfull landlord. Thank You for everything. We really enjoyed our stay!!! ☺

Great location and well presented. Good facilities available and balcony was an added bonus. Clean and tidy and very enjoyable stay. Would definitely go back. Just a shame about key collection...see below.

Instructions about which building was not clear could have done with a slightly clearer instruction on what building to approach after walking through the entrance gate. i.e. walk to the building on the left as the letters aren't large. Keys were in the letter box and you have to put your hand in. The nature of the metal box meant I cut my hand open when reaching for them and if you have big hands I imagine getting the keys is even trickier.

The apartment is quite roomy and very well equipped. The building is new, elegant, of high quality and of good design. Quiet neighborhood - away from streets. Nice walk through green areas (lane at the back) to the beach and sea promenade. A supermarket just by the gate and a bakery opposite. Restaurants nearby. Underground garage with an easy access to parking lots. Children-friendly. Lots of toys in the apartment, an access to a big child play/toy room, game room and fitness room. We were visited by friends with kids a couple of times and the kids were completely pacified by the available facilities. Gated area, on site round-the-clock security for the apartment complex..

On a day or two we had an extremely hot weather. We missed then an air-conditioning. There was no insect screens (mosquiteras) but it was not a problem during our stay as it seemed the Sopot council "bombed" all insects - there was no mosquitoes, bees, butterflies anywhere in the area of Sopot. But these are rather small issues in relation to all the pluses of the apartment.
