Felicitaciones al personal que nos atendió, lo mejor es el piso 17 tiene un gran vista de la ciudad , la habitación super , se logró el objetivo que era descansar

Breakfast was great. The busboy Kevin was a great help since he spoke English and was very respectful and pleasant.
We ordered some food from the restaurant, it wasn’t very good. When we arrived 3 people were at the front desk, one was helping a customer and the others were just looking at their computers not acknowledging us, not a good experience!

The view from the top of the hotel was really cool. The room was large and had a desk and terrific view. The coffee in the room was terrific. The place had a wonderful breakfast. Staff were super nice and check in and out was easy. Cabs also stop right in front of the location. There is a really nice bar at the top of the location with a swimming pool. We had lunch at the restaurant which was really good. There are also wonderful views from the restaurant. The hotel is also attached to a mall next door and you are close to other restaurants, healthcare, parque Fundadores and there is a grocery store accross the street. This hotel felt like a Marriot or something in the US without pretentious people. Relaxed but a bit more traditonal and formal than other hotels.
Our key didn't work a couple of times but staff on the floor helped us out immediately.

Perfect lo0cation for seeing local sights, Staff helpful in arranging transportation. Great breakfast every day, excellent food selections. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. I will always stay here during my trips to Quindio.

Location is great, things of interest like supermarkets and restaurantes are close (even when Armenia is not a large city), the parking is easy to acces and very comfortable. The hotel is very clean and the staff is really kind and hard-working.
I had been in this hotel 5 years before and I can tell food was better. The breakfast is very good but i couldn't help but compare it to the previos experience. Options in the regular restaurant (for dinner for example) are decent but again, they used to be way better.
