Lake Lanier home. ON LAKE w/ gentle walk to private dock. Great cove.

Cette belle maison de 1600 pieds carrés, entièrement meublée avec deux espaces de vie pour se détendre est à seulement 2 minutes à pied du quai couvert dans une magnifique crique calme. Il se trouve en retrait de la rue nichée dans les grands arbres. Il a un pont enveloppant pour profiter des soirées fraîches et tranquilles.
Notre maison au bord du lac comprend des planchers de bois franc dans les espaces de vie en bas, une belle cuisine fonctionnelle avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et a même un keurig et une mijoteuse!
Il y a un roi dans la suite principale à l'étage avec une salle de bain privée et une terrasse privée. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen confortable. La chambre des enfants a un lit superposé simple ou complet.
Il y a deux espaces de vie, l'un avec une grande télévision à écran plat, l'autre est juste à côté de la cuisine avec deux chaises confortables pour lire ou discuter.
Il y a deux téléviseurs dans la maison et le WiFi, mais aussi une télévision pour DVD uniquement dans la chambre des enfants. Nous avons également fourni certains de nos jeux de société préférés, des puzzles et quelques jeux de cartes pour passer du temps en famille «déconnecté» de qualité sans la distraction des appareils électroniques.
La maison se trouve sur une crique isolée qui est large et profonde et est bordée d'un côté par une péninsule peu peuplée. Cette crique est assez grande pour jouer toute la journée et nous ressentons rarement le besoin de la quitter, mais nous ne sommes qu'à 5-10 minutes en bateau de la marina de Gainesville qui a un quai à gaz ainsi que Skogies sur Lanier.
Le quai à glissement simple peut facilement accueillir jusqu'à un bateau de 24 pieds et a actuellement 10 pieds d'eau sous lui.
Notre maison est idéalement située à quelques minutes des boutiques de Kohls, Old Navy, Marshall's, Ross, Publix, Academy, Hobby Lobby, Michaels et du nouveau marché de quartier Walmart. Une excellente cuisine est à proximité au Texas Road House, Cheddar's, Olive Garden et Panera Bread.
Cette maison n'a pas de laveuse / sécheuse, mais il y a un fabuleux tapis de lavage juste en face du quartier. C'est très propre et agréable. Vous pouvez laver plusieurs brassées à la fois et sortir en une heure environ!

We were in the Atlanta area for a baseball tournament and really enjoyed our stay at this house. Plenty of space in the house and we loved the time on the dock and floating in the lake. We brought our jet skis and there was plenty of space for them on the dock. Our entire family enjoyed themselves and Deana is an amazing host! Highly recommend this property!!

Deana was an amazing host, incredible thoughtful, fast to response and communication was overall stellar. We found this property as we tried to escape an awful VRBO we had rented and needed something close by…and fast. Deana was quick to respond, made sure that the property was cleaned from the previous tenants very quickly and checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had a lot of things going on and never made it to the lake from the house (we were visiting family and spent time at their lake house) and I just wish there were some lake views, but honestly that is not even a concern. I would absolutely recommend this property if you’re okay with not being “right” at the lake. Thank you for hosting us!

Three friends and I spend a week each April fishing for spotted bass on Lake Lanier. This house worked very well for our week. We all four bring our fishing boats so we need room for four vehicles pulling boats. The large U-shaped driveway accomodated all four boats with room to spare. This house also has a dock on Lake Lanier which makes it convenient to come in for a lunch break. From this house in Gainesville you can easily access any part of Lake Lanier. The house inside is well equipped and is very comfortable. The host is very responsive to any questions or issues that arise. We plan to book it again next year.

The perfect place to get together with family. Two bedrooms on the main floor made it easy for people who had trouble navigating stairs. Would definitely visit again.

Every year for the last 10yrs 4 of us college buds meet at Lake Lanier and spend 4 days at different locations around the lake.This year only 2 could make it but it was great just the same,
Deana's lake house was spotless, well equiped and was close to great eateries. The home also had a covered dock to keep my boat during our stay.

Great Property on the lake with a nice dock on a secluded cove. Awsome kitchen for cooking family meals. Lots of room in the house to spread out and have privacy if wanted.

The booking and payment process was super simple, with no surprises. Communiication with the property owner (Deana) was easy. We shared mobile numbers once we got to the property. When we arrived, the property was EXACTLY the way it's shown in the photos and described in the listing. Since we were there with young kids (ages 1 and 3), the large open living space was perfect for crawling and exploring, all while being within easy view of parents and grandparents. Great, fully equipped kitchen, which we used for breakfast each morning. Nice, propane grill which we used to cook brats one night. We especially enjoyed the bedroom arrangement. My wife and I took the VERY large upstairs bedroom and full bath and our kids and grandkids took the 2 main floor bedrooms and full bath. This gave us the quiet we needed, while giving them the space that they needed. Everything in the place worked great - TV's, appliances, WiFi, ceiling fans, etc. And, the place was super clean. It also worked out well for us because of the dock that is on the property. The inlaws own a pontoon boat that is kept at a marina on Lake Lanier so they would just come over to the dock, pick us up, take us out on the lake to play and then take us to one of the dockable restaurants on the lake. The trail to the dock from the back deck is a short walk, but isn't very steep. We were able to pull a cooler with wheels between the house and the dock. We would definitely book this property again!

Beautiful home! Perfect location! Plenty of space. Came down from Michigan for family vacation and to get a car for our daughter who lives here. This house is stunning! Plenty of room for us, my sister and her two kids. Close to shopping, parks and dining out. Deana is a great hostess!

Deana, the property manager and her husband did a great job in organizing and equiping the house for a comfortable and relaxing stay. In addition, they were both very responsive to address any question or issue that came up. Deana provided a detailed sheet before we checked in with details about the house as well as information about the surrounding area. This helped us to orient quickly. The kitchen is very well equipped with whatever you need to cook. There is a gas grill that worked great on steaks, burgers, pork chops and brats! The rest of the house was very good. My group of 4 men used the house for our annual fishing trip on Lake Lanier. The house has a large U shaped driveway that accomodated our 4 fishing boats and trailers well. It also has a boat dock that we used midday for lunch. The lot is relatively flat so walking from the dock to the house was very easy. The house is located on the edge of Gainesville which puts it at the middle of Lake Lanier. This makes it possible to access all parts of the lake easily with minimal driving. My group will definitely book this house again for our next fishing trip. Thanks to Deana for a great stay at her lovely house!!

The house was lovely. The whole property was beautiful and we used the dock and paddle boards provided near every day. The air conditioner stopped working while we were there and the homeowners had it repaired immediately, which was impressive. Overall we had a fantastic experience there.

Well-kept home in a small neighborhood with direct access to Lake Lanier. Accommodations were comfortable and there was good housekeeping. The location is near most restaurants in the Gainesville area, and lake restaurants are nearby. We had a very pleasant stay.

This was the one of the best stays I and my family have had. The house was equipped with EVERYTHING! The host was super gracious and she even checked on us the day after check-in to ensure all was ok. I would definitely recommend!

We went to the IMSA race nearby and this was a great location with everything you needed nearby- nice circle driveway made towing in and out easy- liked the coffee that you had for us at the house- we used most of it!

We had an amazing time at the cabin! Everything was nicely decorated, clean and thoughtfully laid out. The location is ideal so it was so easy to get around. We also had a mishap and lost a phone in the lake. Deana was so helpful by recommending a contact that helps to retrieve items. Thank you!

It was extremely easy to rent this house, the homeowner communicated in a timely manner. It is a beautifully well cared for home, we were very comfortable here. The house closed to anything you need!

Sanctuary
We came into town for a family funeral. Bunking with other family or crowding into a hotel wasn’t going to work for this occasion. This home gave us exactly what we needed: quiet, a huge master, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms for our teens, easy access to shopping, plenty of parking, and the lake which we floated in the day after very happily. Our host was a great communicator. I hope to return to this home.

Beyond Impressed
When we first walked in I knew we had made the right choice. The house was spotless. Deana was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. The location on the water is very quiet and fishing off the dock was great. We will definitely be back. It was a Fathers Day I will never forget.

We enjoyed relaxing on the rear deck with a view of the woods and strolling down the trail through the woods to the lakeside dock. The house is set well back from the road in a quiet neighborhood. Management of the property was excellent.

Amazing experience
I really had a great experience this weekend staying at this home. The owner of the home had great communication with me and even checked in with us to make sure we loved the home. I loved the coziness of it and how clean and welcoming it was when we stepped foot in it. I would definitely book it again and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an amazing home to enjoy with your family or friends. I know my three year old son as well as my 5 and 7 year old niece loved being there as they even had some board games and blocks for the kids. I’m so grateful for this experience. Thank you!
