4 BR, 3 Bath Close Walk To Everything! 1/2 Mile to Center 8/10 to Beach
Nous avons acheté cette maison en mai 2019 et avons été très occupés à la préparer pour la saison de location. La maison est maintenant prête à être occupée avec de nouveaux lits, de la literie, de la peinture, de nouveaux meubles et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour profiter d'Ogunquit.
Nous sommes proches de tout ce qui est Ogunquit!
La maison est située à 2 rues derrière Amoire Breakfast et Admiral's Inn (très près de la salle de jeux Ogunquit). Il se trouve à 1/2 mile du centre d'Ogunquit, à 8/10 mile de la plage et à 1 mile de Perkins Cove. Il y a un parking pour 4 à 5 véhicules (veuillez ne pas vous garer dans la rue, vous serez remorqué). La maison dispose de 4 chambres, dont deux au premier étage, une au deuxième étage et une au troisième étage (la chambre au 3ème étage n'a pas encore de porte). La disposition de la maison est différente, j'ai donc ajouté une vidéo montrant où se trouvent les différentes pièces. Veuillez y jeter un œil, je pense que cela expliquera beaucoup.
Il y a 3 téléviseurs grand écran. La télévision par câble et Internet haut débit sans fil sont inclus. Nous avons un ancien ordinateur Windows pour les invités ainsi qu'une imprimante / scanner à air sans fil au cas où vous deviez travailler. Le linge de maison et une cuisine bien équipée sont également inclus.
Le 2ème étage a une unité AC divisée et la chambre au 3ème étage a une AC roulant.
Une chambre au premier étage a un lit queen-size escamotable, l'autre a un lit queen-size et des lits superposés complets. La chambre au deuxième étage a un lit queen et une salle de bain attenante. La chambre au troisième étage a 2 lits queen. Actuellement, si vous êtes au 3ème étage, vous devez aller à la salle de bain du premier étage. Nous allons résoudre ce problème mais il ne sera pas prêt avant la saison 2020. Nous avons une grande terrasse avec un barbecue à gaz et des sièges pour 10. Il y a trois téléviseurs à grand écran, un dans la tanière du premier étage, un dans le salon principal (2e étage) et un dans la chambre au 3e étage. La cour arrière est petite mais elle comporte une chiminea.
Ne pas fumer à l'intérieur de la maison. Nous divertirons les petits chiens bien élevés (veuillez envoyer un courriel et demander). Les locations sont du samedi au samedi. Les draps, oreillers et serviettes de bain sont fournis.

Enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and walkable location. We walked to the beach with a beach cart, restaurants and Perkins Cove. Nice and private road. Had one issue with the lock and got an immediate response. Outdoor space was nice to sit and read a book.

We just love it! This is our third time renting this property. We have everything we need at our fingertips in the house and can walk to the beach and to all the shops in town. Our dog loves it there too!

This was our second year staying here and I can tell you, it's a great house with lots of room for the family and friends, great location and Kyle is always a pleasure to work with. Thanks again for a perfect vacation!

We had a great stay! We had a few small issues we needed help with, but Kyle was very responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions fast. Big house with tons of space inside and out and an awesome location on a quiet street that’s still close to the beach and downtown.

The home was exactly as it is described and was perfect for my family of 4 and a 2nd family. The layout provided each family with their own space/bathroom and common areas to gather and hang out. The proximity to the center, the beach, the Marginal Way and Perkins Cove was phenomenal and we were able to walk everywhere. We would recommend and hope to stay again next summer!

We had a fabulous stay at Kyle’s property. He was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. The home was equipped with everything we could have needed (and more! My kids are always pumped to find toys and games they can play with!). The weather was off and on (as is typical in NE) but we were fully stocked for a rainy pizza night indoors and hauling chairs/towels/and sand toys to the beach when the sun came back. This would be a great spot for two families with the dual kitchen setup and also the 3rd floor sanctuary upstairs for peace and quiet. The location is also perfect- walkable to the downtown area and marginal way, though our smaller kids preferred to drive on the hotter days. 5 stars and we’d definitely return!

This house was perfect for our extended family trip to ME. Plenty of space for all. The house was well stocked with towels, linens, paper goods, etc. The weather was brutally hot and the AC really made all the difference. Would definitely book again if we come back to the area.

This was our second time renting this property and it was wonderful! Everyone had a great time.. We love the space it gives both spread out and come together in the large kitchen, family room and deck. It’s proximity to town and the beach is also ideal. Communication with Kyle was easy and we were happy to be allowed to drop off our food before officially checking in. Hope to rent again in the future!

In 20 summers in Ogunquit this was the best house we have stayed in. The house was in great shape very family friendly beautiful deck and great room for the family to hang out and they provide everything in terms of towels, sheets, paper goods etc. so you don’t have to spend time stocking up. Owner responded immediately and came to fix issue with lock within a day. House is in great location- easy walk to town and beach. Highly recommend this house!!

This was the perfect house for our grown family. Everybody (6 adults) felt they had space to be together and some quiet area when needed. The house was immaculate and comfortable. This was by far one of the best houses we have rented as a family! Great location. Walking distance to everything.

We had a terrific vacation at the house. Kyle, the owner was quick to respond with any questions, with all linens, cleaning supplies and so much other provided, it made it that much more relaxing. Highly recommend this property for vacation!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was provided plus lots of extras. Three floors were challenging with small kids but comfortable. Lots of beach towels, blankets, linens were provided. The only thing missing was grass & a small yard for kids to play. Great setup for a large family with teenagers or college kids. Cooking & grilling were excellent. Air conditioning was great.

This property was in a great location for walking to town! Beach was a little far to walk with small kids but could easily be done without. House has EVERYTHING you could need & with a lot of space and well maintained. Only thing there are a lot of steep stairs with older adults and a baby (the baby gates which were provided didn’t quite to the trick) A door at the top of stairs would have made this the absolute perfect stay. We hope to get back again!! Thanks for everything.

My family had an amazing vacation in Ogunquit and this house was perfect for us! Comfortable beds, awesome deck, and so well stocked for everything we needed (toys, books, linens, things for beach, etc). It was so clean and had plenty of room for us too. It was also a great location to get to the beach and restaurants, plus a very quick drive to Perkins Cove. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends!

I highly recommend this rental! The house and amenities did not disappoint plus there were so many extras to make this a truly carefree week away (toiletries, trash bags, paper goods, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap etc.). The location was perfect ... nice quiet neighborhood that was right off the main road and we were walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the beach and the entrance to the Marginal Way so we didn't have to take our cars anywhere. And finally, the owner was quick to respond to communication. Hope any future renters enjoy their stay as much as we did!

Extremely clean home great for extended family stays with three floors of living space. House is in great shape with very nice bathrooms. All supplies are there, including a whole closet full of beach towels, hand soaps, cleaning products. There were even chairs and umbrellas there. Highly recommend.

We are long-time visitors to OGT and this is the best property we have found. The home and amenities are terrific and the hosts are so thoughtful in providing "extras" like beach chairs, boards, extra beach towels, bikes and more! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the spaces inside and out are very comfortable. We really appreciated the way the bedroom spaces/beds are configured, as it allowed us to spread out our teens and friends perfectly. The location of the home is also great... very convenient to Shore Rd/Marginal Way and with the wagon provided ;).. an easy walk to the beach. This is our third summer staying at this property, and we keep returning for a reason! The layout of the home is great for extended family and varying ages. The adults and kids can each have some dedicated space to hang out and there is enough separation to keep things quiet during little ones' bedtime. Overall the property is in great condition, well-supplied, and comfortable.

Our family (parents, grandparents and little kiddos) spent the most wonderful week at this beautiful home. The house in person is even better than the pictures! It is a great set up with bedrooms conveniently located to allow for kids to sleep in peace at night. The mattresses were so great I ended up buying one for my own home after the trip. Every room was nicely decorated. We loved that we were able to easily walk to town and around the neighborhood with the kids. The owners provided access to beach toys and chairs. I cannot recommend this house enough. Thank you for letting us stay! :)

Great week for 2 families!
We stayed here for the week of the 4th in 2022 and we couldn't have been happier. The house was close to the beach and close to downtown, well stocked with beach paraphernalia, far enough away from the action for the four kids 9 and under to settle down at night, and was just generally well situated for two families of four. The host was really attentive and responsive, and we loved our stay - we will absolutely look to book here our next trip to OGT!

The property was clean, well-stocked, and was within walking distance to the town stores, coffee shop, restaurants, and the beach. The deck was a great place to relax. The owner was super-attentive to any questions that we had. The home and its location really made our stay very enjoyable.

Good house for our family
The layout of the house worked well for our family, with plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own space when needed. The walk to the beach isn't bad, but we had a little one with us and a good amount of beach stuff, so one of us dropped the rest of the group off most days and then walked or biked back (bikes provided). Town is even closer than the beach and is a cute place to walk around. Overall we had a good stay!

Ogunquit Vacation
Our vacation week in Ogunquit was excellent because of the awesome property we were able to get. The location was perfect for going into town, beach, or a walk on Marginal Way to Perkins Cove. The house was extremely comfortable for our 8 person crew. Beds were comfortable, living space was sufficient and the outdoor balcony was the perfect place to gather after the beach. The second floor kitchen was well equipped but we actually had trouble with the coffee pot. Fortunately, we found another available in the first floor kitchen. I would definitely recommend this property for any family or large group who wants a wonderful stay in Ogunquit.

Clean, Updated & Convenient!
We had a great experience during our stay! The house was very clean and looked like it had just been renovated. It had everything we needed down to the cleaning supplies and tons of fresh towels (even first aid kits in every bathroom which came in handy!). The beach cart and bikes were a plus. Small yard but you’ll want to hang out on the second floor deck anyways! Easy bike ride to Ogunquit beach and Perkins Cove. Would definitely stay again next year!

Overall we had a great week staying at this property with our family. We loved the layout of the house as it gave everyone plenty of room to spread out. It was very helpful to have two refrigerators and the use of a washer and dryer! The house is very nicely decorated and very clean. We also enjoyed the location of the house as it was an easy walk to town. I have to specifically point out that the beds are the most comfortable you will find at any rental! I do suggest a couple of things that need fixing and would make the house even more perfect.. The master bath shower has barely any water pressure so we mostly ended up sharing the downstairs shower. The air conditioner in the 2nd floor bedroom is very loud and probably needs replacing. Overall, I do highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay there again.

Great house close to town
This house was clean and recently updated. Communication and check-in was very easy. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. The deck was very nice to cook and hang out on. Plenty of towels, linens and cleaning supplies and cold AC in all the rooms. The added bonus of having beach chairs, umbrella and bikes with the house was very nice! We would stay here again.
