Sehr große und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 riesigen Wohnzimmer (Esstisch mit 8 Sitzplätzen und einer Sitzlandschaft), moderner und gut ausgestatteter Küche und Bad mit Dusche und Doppelwaschbecken. Viel Stauraum für Gepäck. Öffentlich sehr gut erreichbar: 1 Station mit der Straßenbahnlinie 1 oder 2 (Station Unionskreuzung) vom Hauptbahnhof und 5min Fußweg zur Unterkunft hin.

Great location, apartment is big enough for 5 of us. Cleanliness was good. Quiet neighbourhood, we had good rest there.

Cookware not in good condition. Things like basic condiments (salts and peppers) & shampoo were not provided, not a big issue for us though. Apartment doesn't have a lift, so do expect to carry your luggages up to the 3rd floor. We didn't travel light as it's a long 3 months trip, so this was quite a struggle for us during check in and out.

Comfortable beds, clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood, complete kitchen with many appliances and enough kitchenware. Good WiFi.

We were 5 guests and were promised a second set of keys but only received one. The living room could have a couple extra couches to fit more people comfortably.

Comfortable, location was very close to where we needed to be in Linz

Air conditioning would have been nice

It is a flat in the third floor (no lift) with two bedrooms, one living room with couch, small kitchen and bathroom. It is about 5 stops by tram from the city centre (however its like 3 minutes to get to the station). The apartment is sufficient and clean. Not a luxury place, however there is nothing to complaint about.

Parking on the street is only for 90 minutes during the week (8 - 17:30 and Saturday 8 - 12). Behind a corner there is a space to park for free but it is often full. Therefore during the week it must be hard to park. This is the only problem with this apartment however.
