the bed is very convenient with clean sheets and towels. the bathroom is spacious, loved it

the oven and the coffee machine were dirty. the table in the terrace was dirty as well

Beds could be more comfortable. They are not bad. But could be better.

The pilows are too soft and bed was abit soft otherwise overall is great place and very clean.

It was clean and in a quiet location.

Everything was great. We were pleased with it.

The bed linen was polyester and somewhere burned with a cigarette. The private parking was fully occupied in the evening.

The apartments are in a peaceful location within walking distance to the old city center and there are many convenience stores nearby, the location is just perfect if you do not mind walking a little to get to the center. The facilities were well equipped, anything you could imagine was available in the room.

Our apartment was tidy, however, it looked like it was not cleaned out properly before us as there was a used baking paper in the oven, there was also a dirty chopping board in the cupboard. On top of that, there was some dust on the floor and the sheets did not smell like they were washed recently. Other than that, we had no problem and loved the accommodation.

Clean area and good furniture.

The internet connection is very slow. The surrounding area has no lights, its risky to go outside in the evening. The owner mobile always not available or he don’t answer it. The price is very high compared to the value. No curtains over the ceiling window.

Located in a very quiet area, that is very well good connection to the city.

In the apartment I was in, the pillows were thins like paper sheets.

1. Critical. We had to call ourselves for check in and then wait 2 call backs and it took around 45 min for us before we entered the room. We were also happy that we spoke English (if you don't, you might have a trouble). In such apartments I always received an email or message from Booking.com with a key code in advance - this is what I expected too. 2. Critical. We also booked a room without a private bathroom by a mistake, because both missed it on the site (the bathroom was visible on the site photos, though). I think that room photos should be updated to show a shared bathroom clearly, because it is critical - we had to pay additional 20 euro in cash, which we had to withdraw as we both had cards. If I had known all of this in advance, I would have booked a different apartment for a better price and closer to the center. 3. Critical. Internet has stopped working on the second day when we returned from a walking around 8-9pm. I messaged the property, but they are not working at this hour. Internet was fixed only around 9am next day. We also tried to watch TV, but it was not working. Good finish of the day. 4. Minor. A bit far away, there were options closer to the center for a comparable or less price. 5. Minor. Parking is on streets in 50-100m (watch the road signs, because not every side is permitted) if you missed 2-3 free slots near the property.
