Apartment was lovely, clean, quiet and just what we needed. Only thing is cupboards in the kitchen were very high for a short person like me (thankfully have a tall partner) and there wasn’t no bottle opener for our wine but we just asked the very kind barman downstairs and he opened them for us. Location was great with the metro right outside. We did walk back from the city one night and it only took about 45mins. Communication with property from the very beginning has been excellent nothing has been too much trouble to ask. Hopefully we’ll get over for a visit again soon and if we do we’ll be booking here. Thanks again!

I loved that the building is right next to the underground station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and you can control the temperature. There is a lovely private balcony, and I sat out on it at least once every day. There are also restaurants nearby and an absolutely fantastic one about 30 yards away. There was a washing machine and dishwasher, but I did not stay long enough to use those.

It was my own fault - I couldn't find the building, and then I couldn't figure out how to use the electronic entry key to the building. Once I got in the building, I was easily able to open the door to the apartment electronically, and the physical keys were on the table. One thing that could have been made clearer is that the key fob (which I thought was just a key ring) opened the exterior door to the building. The neighbors had an infant and a dog, so I could occasionally hear the baby cry or the dog bark, but that is to be expected in a residential building. The one thing that I truly did not like, though, is that you have to throw your trash out when you depart. I THINK I was supposed to use the public trash cans on the street outside of the apartment, and that was awkward because I could not figure out which cans where recycling, etc. so I took most of my trash with me each day and disposed of it at my conference venue.

Very comfortable, clean and stilish appartments with personal parking. The host is always in touch and helps with all problems. Metro is very closed to the appartments, so it is easy to reach every place in Barcelona

very comfy. excellent value for money, much better than almost every hotel.

everything was perfect for me but you need to be your smartphone to check in, not for everybody I guess. neighbourhood is very businesslike but it was where i needed to be!

The location is not the most charming - but it is very close to Fira Gran Via which is why we booked the apartment

The kitchen had almost no utensils - cooking would be almost impossible.

Very close to a METRO station which was great. There is also a mall within a 10 minute walking distance where you can easily pick up groceries/supplies!

I wish it was closer to the beach - LOL. Only missing an extra comforter/blanket for the pullout bed that was it.

The facility is very close to the fair and shopping center. The metro is also so close

The facility offered us a room with 2 beds, even though we said we were men for 3 people. Accommodation was very difficult for us.

The location to the Fira is more than perfect

Unfortunately it was not very clean, especially in the bathroom. long dark hair on the floor and in the shower and hair on the shower head. Maybe the cleaner had a bad day.

It was 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minute walk each day to my venue. Shopping centre 5 minutes walk which includes a supermarket.
