Location was fine, since it was close to the convention center (but not great for any other tourist purposes)

Hotel not very clean. Room had some issues (some more serious than others) such as: poor lighting and small window, walls were dirty, some cables were visible, shower did not have a box and bed was not very comfortable

We had booked two rooms but were only given one because of an error. The means of getting to the reception from the underground parking was cumbersome. You need to drag your suitcases up the stairs to the reception area and only then can you get the elevator to your room. The room itself was basic but comfortable. The A/C temperature couldn't be adjusted.

most of the staff was speaking English and was eager to help when I had some issues with the room. the location is quite handy, especially because of the proximity to the bus stop. the breakfast was quite simple but lovely and sweet.

a few members of the staff spoke only French, which has been quite problematic at a time. the air-con in my room, although not on, was making a constant sound noise to a leaking; the receptionist offered to move me on a different room during the morning, but unfortunately my work schedule made it impossible. that sound even during night made it almost impossible to fall asleep.
