Chambre agreable Jolie douche à l’italienne, il faut toutefois être attentif au receveur très glissant dès que l’on utlilise un peu de savon, ce qui est assez courant dans ce type de lieu ! Parking sécurisé Proximité d’un arrêt de bus sachant que les tcl sont très faciles a utiliser !

Optionner un tapis anti dérapant dans la douche. Permettre l’acces au micro ondes pour réchauffer un plat préparé car nous n’avons pas vu de restaurant à proximité.

Petit hôtel très sympa dans le 9eme arrondissement de Lyon. Calme, mignon, propre….et pas du tout l’impression d’être en ville. Place de parking à l’intérieur de la propriété . Et propriétaire très sympa. Très disponible et serviable. Je recommande

Très bon accueil, conforme à la présentation, nous avons même été surclassés car peu de réservation ce soir là. Petit déjeuner agréable dans le calme. Stationnement du véhicule perso très appréciable

Pas de pain frais au petit dej mais avec les excuses de l'hôte.

L'arredamento della camera piacevole ma a dire "minimale" è fare un gran complimento Spazi limitatissimi senza la possibilità di appoggiare i vestiti se non su "ometti" posti su un attaccapanni sulla porta di entrata della camera

Florentine at reception is a gem! The owner and his wife also went out of their way to provide a homemade vegan option for breakfast upon request which was very considerate and appreciated (otherwise, the vegan options for their continental breakfast would just be plain bread, black coffee/tea, and apples)! While not very close to the downtown core, it connects via 1 train and 1 bus which conveniently stops literally 5 minutes from the building.

Be warned that the walls are paper thin! With no exaggeration, we could even hear another guest coughing from a few rooms away. Anyone talking in their room can be heard quite clearly. Due to this, we felt the need to whisper at all times so large and/or young families or groups of friends should take this into consideration. While parking is both free and safe, there wasn't a lot of room for spaces so it had to be coordinated with the owner to ensure everyone was able to get in and out when needed.

Très bien situé , c’est très propre et le personnel est super chaleureux. Donne de bon conseils pour visiter la ville.

Check in staff were very good and made us feel welcome and explained all of the facilities to us and what to expect for breakfast.

Very tight to enter the property from the road. Needed two attempts. not much the owners could do about that though, but, if you do have a large SUV or pick up style vehicle...good luck.

The rooms were very clean. They were equipped very nicely. The location was just a short drive from the town centre. The aircon worked very well in the rooms. The receptionist on the day of departure was really nice and helpful.

The driveway is narrow, awkward to turn into, and if all the rooms have been filled, a little tight on room in the parking area. Although he seemed fine with me, the owner's manner annoyed my wife, who felt it was brusque, and not exactly welcoming. I think he was concerned with the parking and making sure he had enough room, but yes, it left a slight sense of something. In the room we stayed, the beams are low and I was bent over double most of the time I was in the room in case I hit my head. The breakfast was pleasant enough, but not plentiful. One had to wait for stuff to be brought out or replenished.

- Clean and very comfortable rooms. AC in the room and perfect place to stay when you travel to the South. - Possible to order pizza or other things to the B&B. - Very good communication with the owner.

- Not a lot of parking. Very small places to park the car.

Clean and comfortable, parking next to the house. Walkable to a few restaurants provided you don’t mind hills. Fine for a night or two.

Not much storage space so not suitable for long stays. Parking tight so not suitable for long cars or campers.

The property was newly renovated and was very nice The staff were very helpful with tips on the local restaurants

We loved the room, it was spacious, clean and everything you’d need for a trip! The host was lovely and accomodating - he even gave us an upgrade to a bigger room! We loved the garden and the included breakfast was fresh!

It’s very nicely located, not inside the city, but not to far away. Super easy to get around with public transport. The owner was very nice and we had a great contact with him.
