The size of the unit and its cleanliness was beyond our expectation. Proximity to old town square. Service was kind and extremely hospitable.

There really was nothing I did not like but I wish that Ariadne form a washing machine there was a dryer. Travelling with kids requires lots of laundry😀

The apartment is nicely maintained with good fixtures.

Unfortunately the bedroom of the apartment is directly across the street from a noisy restaurant, which is open to the street. We could hear patrons sitting on the street talking loudly, laughing and drinking till 3am and we had great trouble sleeping. For younger people who sleep easily this would not be an issue but it was for us. Most of the noise comes through the windows. The windows have been soundproofed by double glazing but this has only partially sound proofed them given the noisy location. Two separate windows 10-15cm apart, which is a very common design in European apartments, would be more effective. I misinterpreted the pictures from Mint luxury apartments page which I interpreted as coming from a single apartment block - but which includes different images from all different apartment locations. It is important to click on the individual apartment to get more accurate images of the specific apartment.

You get only one card and when you leave with it which you have to the AC turns off Cools off quick when you return but not ideal

The location is amazing, and the property is clean and cozy. I struggled a bit with keys and a digital panel, but the hosts helped me and were very patient with me) Stairs are a bit tricky. Be attention

We were met promptly by the staff, who were courteous and helpful, providing a tour of the property and useful recommendations about the city, making clear we could reach out with any further questions or needs. The apartment itself was fantastic with lots of space, high quality furnishings, a lovely setting and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We contacted the staff at one point for a lock out - my fault - to which they responded in 30 seconds. When we requested assistance setting up transport to the airport with our newborn, they found us what was quite possible the most courteous driver I have encountered while traveling.

The property was extremely clean and located in a fantastic spot to explore Krakow. Bartosz was the best host we have ever had. Great communication, always on hand if we needed anything. He even organised us a taxi to the Airport! We can’t recommend this property enough! Thanks again for the best stay!

We loved everything about it!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Had everything we needed except a microwave wouldve been nice but not necessary. A bit noisy because of the location but earplugs at night were a simple fix and the location was perfect and an easy walk to everything. We would definitely recomend and stay here again!!

Noisy at night due to restaraunts and bar across the street and a microwave would be nice but neither of these would keep me from staying here again. Excellent choice for a stay in Krakow! Highly reccomend!

Location was good, a reasonable walk from the train station. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Host was excellent, helpful and very responsive.

No windows but that couldn't be helped. Sound insulation a bit poor but easily made up by everything else.

Loved the hospitality from the host, aswell as how nice the apartment looked like. Communication was at it's best! Everything was literally within 8 mins away.

Location was perfect. Owner was a pleasure to deal with, we locked ourselves out one evening and he had it sorted for us within minutes.

the property was absolutely excellent, easily one of the nicest apartments I’ve ever stayed in which made the value for money exceptionally good. the host was fantastic, direct contact making everything very easy and efficient. the location is perfect for anything you could want to do in krakow with it being round the corner from the main square and a stones throw from Jewish quarter. could not recommend staying here more
