The pool and restaurant were great.

The room itself needs lots of maintenance. The draw in the kitchenette fell off, the bedhead was broken, when i pulled the curtain the curtain fixture nearly came off the wall. The sliding door was very hard to open. When we moved the bed it was dirty underneath the bed. There was no information on office hours or anything on the actual property. No information on where to put your key if you booked out early. When we ordered from restaurant our food took an hour to come as we had children we order ice-cream it took 45 minutes for the ice-cream to come.

Staff not so friendly on arrival, grounds and decor dated, food options at restaurant unhealthy and average quality, pool had beer cans and dinnerware scattered around.

The view from the room to the beach was stunning. The room was spacious and comfortable.

There was no water supply to the room during the afternoon, it would have been helpful if this had been advised upon check in. No cafe, restaurant or bar so not sure this is a "resort". Guests in room above were very loud.

the wifi was terrible unless you were in the bar area. Therefore I had to have some drinks :)

Room size was great

It didnt feel very safe, there was a few strange dudes floating around. We didnt have any dramas with any of these strange dudes, but i did make sure the car and room was locked at all times

Amazing location, the beach is literally outside your door.

Room was a little dated, but location more than made up for it.

pool was great, location was awesome! and staff were very friendly too. shower pressure was also good.

Mould in the bathroom. noisy people having a party on the Friday night - there are people who reside at these premises and were arguing.

Beautiful location. Room comfortable and clean. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Bathroom needs upgrade. Benches or some sort of seating along grass. near waters edge would be a great idea, some people taking heavy chairs from their outside setting to this area.

unhelpful staff, when rasied stench issues of room. rooms where poorly Maintained and not clean at all. mould everywhere and bathroom stank of sewer from leaking toilet pan collar.

Bed soft and creaked shower door wouldn't close water on floor and made horrible noise

Nice location. Mackay is pretty place.

They are old resort. Management can't be found when you need them. Restaurant food prices over price, meals are simply. Don't eat the chicken snitz. Staff didn't care.
