Very spacious house and in a very good
Location. We liked being that little bit outside Bundoran.
Would recommend.
Kitchen could be a little bit more equipped for its size.

a couple of lightbulbs missing, but this is us being really picky, there really was nothing we didn’t like about the property

The property itself is well kept and suitable kitted out for a few days. the facilities work and the beds are comfortable. ,they have the heating roaring in the place, which is nice, but not very environmentally friendly.
The company running this property takes a deposit of 300+ euro . If you pay by card they do not refund it for 4 weeks after you have departed. Despite what they say, they do not take a "hold" or "reserve funds" they withdraw 300 euros from your account and don't refund it for a full month.
They will give some cock and bull story about the bank, but in this day and age this is unacceptable and their offer of a cash alternative is a bit rural. I mean who today has 300 in notes sitting around? We had a nice stay but your approach to people using a card is outdated and leaves your customers with a lasting poor impression. If everyone else can take hold on a card and dont hold onto a lump sum for a month why cant you?

We booked in for 1 night and had to check out at 10am the next day. Very expensive for one night's stay which wasn't even 24 hours. The house is lovely but for 364.00 euro you would expect a 24 hour stay

Great spacious rooms with ensuite in quite surroundings. Excellent location close to shop. Host was excellent to deal with
If fence was put up around garden to enclose it for kids to play would be a little safer just.

Checking out was a terrible experience. The woman who came to return our deposit was incredibily rude. She refused to return the deposit because she said the house was filthy (I've never seen a place left so bad'). When the owner was called he could see nothing to justify her reaction and ( in fairness to him ) apologised profusely for her behaviour. Our daughter ( who we left to handle the check out - we had to leave a day early) was very upset and insulted by the comments.
Almost everything else about the house was great BUT beware of this woman. I'm not sure what her motivation was.

Amazing and spacious detached house. Easily accommodating 2/3 families. Plenty of space in the common area. Each room with TV and en-suite. Convenient store just a short walk from the house. Car recommended.

I liked that the house was very warm.that the heating and electricity's included in price, very important as we visited at Christmas.

Only the extractor fan in bedroom is very noisy and the lights in the kitchen is not working
