The lodge was amazingly clean and very well equipped. The campsite was very secure and the lodges nice and secluded. We were shown how to operate the hottub and sauna immediately upon being welcomed. The staff were very friendly. The on-site cafe was excellent as it was a holiday with no intention of cooking and that was achieved. We did not use the pool as we were in the hottub daily but it looked great and very clean. We loved that the hottub was maintained on a daily basis.

Lovely property, very modern and clean. Welcome basket on arrival was a nice touch.

The sauna was very difficult to switch on, only managed to get it to work once. When phoning to confirm arrival time I was spoken to by a very rude receptionist called Wendy. Arriving at 9pm was apparently not acceptable, even though I stated this when making the original booking. Maybe the option of arriving so late should be removed from the website if Wendy is going to get so angry on the phone. Shocking way to speak to guests, no people skills.
