the beach can be seen from the room, it's close to the most popular Nissi beach (1.2km). Its also on the main street for the downtown, so it's a 5min walk to the center. The room was comfortable and quiet and the cleaning lady deserves a raise for doing an excellent job!

Clean hotel on very good location, Nissi beach is 15 minutes away by foot, food is good. Staff is friendly 🙂 I recommend this hotel, good value for money.

The room was great, large, with a comfortable bed and big bathroom as well. The location was perfect, next to the beach and restaurants and supermarkets, could look dodgy because it's in a back alley, but felt super safe all the time. The staff was super helpful with suggestions and advices and also got a good offer when extending my stay.

There were ants attacking everything, food and even my cosmetics, but after the room service, they were gone.

Peace and quiet - I didn't see anyone besides me, but I suppose it will be different during the season. Great location - about 15 minutes from Nissi Beach (the best beach in Ayia Napa) and the nearest grocery is 2-3 minutes from the Bellini Hotel on a walk. The room had almost everything - I didn't see any iron.

The bath sink was a little damaged. Generally, the whole bathroom was not as good as I expected, but it wasn't dirty. During check-out hours there was nobody in the reception and we had to call the staff by phone.

Clean .cold Pool and excellent service and staff all ways . Still the same 20 years on but better

We stayed for 10 nights, the host family were very nice, breakfast tasty, location quiet and rooms comfortable, with almost daily service. Thank you, highly recommended and would choose the same hotel again.

The property is great, the staff was great.

One thing I would add to the property is a fence, because it feels less secure when entering the detached building.

Spacious room with outdoor space, good bed. Kind staff. Located in the middle, between the main beach (Nissi) and the city center, but other beaches even closer. Different options of restaurants close by. Very silent and Wifi worked well.

Overall everything was ok. Maybe having a bottle of water in the room for check in would be nice. The rooms facing the pool could have a door to go directly, otherwise there's no plus on having the pool in front.

Second time staying at Bellini, it is a nice hotel on a good location close to the city centre (10-15 mins walking distance), close to bus stops that take you to the beaches (Nissi, Makronisos), with a lot of supermarkets around the hotel. It is close to the main road, but it is peaceful at night and there is no music from the bars. The room was cleaned every day, which was great because of all the sand.

The breakfast is basic, but it was refilled all the time. Shower pressure is strange and sometimes it took a few minutes to switch from warm to cold water, and vice versa.

I really recommend staying at Bellini hotel, room was spacious and cleaned almost every day, stuff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing. Location is 10 minutes walk from the city centre, but it's closer to the beaches, you can even walk to some of them, bus station is very near, as well as the car and bike rental places.
