location was very close to the beach, and markets. The view from the room was amazing. Very clean, comfortable bed.

Reception so so bad!! I will never stay there again!! The lady was rude and so unfriendly. We ask for early check-in but she didn't help us. We have to wait until 15h00 and it was very hot!

Location is good

1) You have to carry your luggage till 1st floor WITHOUT LIFT (Lift available at first floor) 2) In 2 days stay more than 4 hours, lift was not working and the room is at floor 20th 😢 3) Specifically bed room is very simple Non attractive.

Apartment has a great view on the sea, however for the time I visited there was going some construction work and it was a bit loud and the view was a bit messier. I liked the host, she was very sweet. But you have to go to their office on 5th floor first and then to your apartment which is located on 22th floor. I rented for 2 people but 4 people could fit. There were one double bed and one bunk bed. There is a wifi, bathroom, kitchen with not too many utensils and kitchenware but several plates and mugs. Also big wardrobe. You can wash your clothes and iron them. I didnt use any of these. The gem of the apartments is a restaurant on top of the building which was the best restaurant in Georgia Ive ever been.

Check-out time would be nice to be later than 11 AM

Location and the view

Nothing

Quite a nice location close to the sea and the main seaside boulevard. A nice walk to the port is approx. 30 minutes. Modern construction. Any rooms with a can view. A small but nice balcony with a chair and table. Room clean, nicely prepared for guests. Fridge, washing machine, dryer, kitchenette, LED TV, plenty of TV channels (thank Georgia you turned off Russian TV channels). Close to restaurants, shops, attractions.

I lived on the 20th floor so I could hear a strong wind at the door. They can mute the door better. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell either from the ventilation or from the sewer pipes. On my side of the hotel there was probably another apartment building being built. The construction site provided additional noises. Reception refurbishment but known to be temporary. Uncomfortable beach full of stones.

Communications with host, building repairing status, no elevator from 1 floor.

The location is good: next to the beach and not so far from the center. The apartment itself is okay. Even though a lot of things were of questionable quality in there, but we had everything we needed for comfortable short stay. When we arrived we were asked if we had booked 6th floor on purpose (like if I was afraid of the height), but we just didn’t know we could select the floor. The apartment still had a sea view, but it could have been much better on ~10+ floor, so try checking on it with the host when booking.

The construction site nearby, it’s literally in the same building. The workers didn’t now any break, they were working day and night. We’ve learned a lot about the building process, but we could not fall asleep until late at night (or rather early morning). The windows couldn’t be closed tightly (I believe this was some summer ventilation mode), and the floor got covered in hardly noticeable black dust in several hours after the cleaning. The reception is temporarily moved to the second floor because of the construction works, so get ready to take your bags there by the stairs.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

There is no ground floor due to reconstruction. we have a baby (buggy) and you should carry to the second floor for reception/elevators.

Clean, has everything you'd need. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable place. There are nice restaurants (f.e. Ukrainochka) and beach right across the street. You could stay there for a longer time to chill out!

Currently there's a construction in progress right next to the building and partly inside as well. It's not loud when you're inside, but you do notice it.

The stay was very affordable. The room was very secure and the host very helpful. She provided an electric heater as it was quite cold. It is easy to get around in the city from this location. It is on the seafront. In spring or summer, it would be very nice.

The fridge froze my food! But I mainly ate out so it was fine.
