the location was perfect. the apartment was super pretty and the views to the canal are very special and one of the most beautiful things Girona has to offer. the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all the amenities needed. great stay! would definitely come back there and recommend it!

A top property from booking.com's inventory. We had high expectations from photos and other ratings, and we were still impressed. Very clean, and everything seemed new. Checkin was quick, smooth, and the staff member was friendly and helpful. Not accessible by car, but we booked a secure underground parking garage 10 minutes away. We found there was possibly a large outdoor parking lit even closer. 2 bathrooms. Working washer. Comfortable bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Nice Rituals brand bath products. Best location!!! When we came out, we were at the old town side of the Eiffel Bridge's steps. The balcony overlooks a key street with restaurants and shops. We enjoyed Girona on foot easily from here, walking to the sites and the wall, as well as dinner and great shopping.

The air conditioner unit is on the enclosed balcony connected to a bedroom. We could open the windows to vent, but the unit created much heat and we weren't sure about the health aspect. So we just didn't run it at night in case it could be a problem. And during the day, the extra heat helped dry our clothes line fast. I should note that I have no idea if this set up is truly a problem. I didnt ask or research, but in my home country it's customary for such a whole home a/c unit to be mounted outside or vented outside. The apartment was cool enough at night without the a/c anyways, so it worked for us.

The location was fantastic!

Some of the doors are coming off their hinges. They should be fixed. Having some coffee pods available in the apartment would be helpful. We grabbed the wrong size and by the time we realized, the grocery stores were all closed for the next 36 hours, so we had to get coffee out every morning.

Hard to find trash containers at the street

The location was perfect, and the staff was really helpful (Victor was the best host/introduction we experienced in our entire trip throughout Spain). The apartment was spacious, well stocked, and in a great location for cycling and seeing the key sites around the older part of Girona. Nice views of the city/street on one side of the apartment (small 2nd story deck on the street side with cathederal view) and one of the bedrooms also had a view of the river and red bridge.

We arrived by car, and that was a bit challenging. After being in the city for a few days, it was more clear where you can drive and where you can't, but the initial trip into the area was a bit stressful. I'd recommend a cab for arriving/departing, if that's an option. Also, the apartment did not have a lift/elevator - not a huge problem for our group, but 2 flights of stairs with luggage on arrival/departure is a consideration too. Otherwise really great spot!

In colder seasons it might be difficult to heat the flat with the airconditioning. One sleeping room was breazy as the door to the balcony lets the air through

Very nice apartment located in the heart of the city. Very clean and modern with all necessary amenities, including small things like a few dishwasher and laundry capsules. Small balcony to enjoy some sunshine.

Toiletry products were provided, but only for one bathroom. Not a big issue as we had brought our own but it might be nice to maybe provide some shower gel for both. As Girona is bikers paradise, and we also had 3 bikes in the apartment, it might be nice if some storage solution would be present (eg. hooks on the wall). Now we always had to lean the bikes against white walls, always being scared we would make the wall dirty.

it was spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated. on one side one could see the Eiffel Bridge over the river Onyar and on the other side the Ramblas. beautiful shops and the most delicious restaurants were at our doorstep

it was a little noisy at night. the trash truck comes at around midnight . some rooms were missing storage space

There was minimal wardrobe space. We were there in winter and the back bedrooms, especially one of them connected with the balcony was extremely cold and noisy. Due to old carpentry/cladding and a flimsy balcony door a lot of wind was blowing in. Also the air conditioning motor powering all four units was on that balcony making the room very noisy (there is no central heating). Two of the bedrooms had one of the bedside tables missing.
