On arrival in Chandigarh the owner/manager came and picked me up which made getting to the hotel very easy I have rated the accommodation as excellent as the room I booked was of a good size, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom The staff catered to all my needs and were extremely helpful The owner/manager made me feel like a member of his family rather than being just a guest He also helped me with both exploring and shopping in Chandigarh by arranging the local transport that I needed The food made by the cook was excellent The 5g WiFi was also good In my opinion this accommodation is on a par with 3 to 4 star accommodation in the UK I would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation for anyone who arrives in Chandigarh The internal decor of the accommodation was also very good If I came back to Chandigarh I would only use this accommodation

Warm Welcome, Super Clean, Experienced Chef Mr. Kundan, Humble Owner Mr. Suraj and Caretaker. All of them go last mile to serve and help their Guest feel better as a Home. Food is just Awsome and Delicious along with Reasonable prices compare to other loots in Hotels.

We Can't give any Negative comment in this section. Actually my Car's Battery was drained unfortunately, then Owner and his Team/ Neighbors helped me to get Restart of my vehicle with multiple arrangements.

部屋は広く清潔で、値段の割にとても快適です。 また、ホテルの周辺は静かな地域なので落ち着いて休むことが出来ます。 ここからが重要な点ですが、このホテルのオーナーさんはとても親切で、街の周り方やおすすめの場所・開館時間・料金などを丁寧に地図を描きながら教えてくださいます。また私たちが電車のチケットを取りたいと相談すると、オンラインで予約してくださいました。 オーナーの話す英語はインドの方にしては珍しく聞き取りやすい英語なので、あまり英語が得意でない日本人の方には特にオススメです。

We loved our stay at New Chandigarh Holiday Home! Suraj and his staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Suraj replied to our messages within minutes and organised a driver to pick us up from the station and take us to wherever we wanted to go. He also gave us great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The room was basic but had everything you needed and it was very clean. His staff is very sweet.

Some of the facilities are old and the shower head wasn’t functional when we were there (hot water and a bucket were absolutely sufficient though). But the room is nevertheless great value for money!

Inside the room and home every thing is good.

The approach road to the property is narrow and bumpy. Only three wheeler auto goes there.

The host (happy) its a real friendly and kind human, i arrived in the Night, a bit confused and he helped me dealing with the tuktuk driver who was charging me more than the normal price. He welcomed me in his house and I felt really comfortable, from the food in the restaurant which was super good, to the fact that he also provided me with a personal driver, 15hours ride, in the mountains , on difficult roads because of the floods. It was my best driving experience ever, not so obvious because of the really dangerous roads

As a solo female traveller I can highly recommend this place...the owner and staff are super helpful with anything you require and the rooms are very clean and comfortable Food is also available and the location is great... It's a great place!
