The family were really good hosts and particularly very good at responding to questions and requests. The property had everything we needed for our stay. All facilities were available!

Everything perfect! Good location in quiet area but close to the main street where you can find all amenities and restaurants. The owners are very nice, and flexible with the check in and check out. The apartment is quite new with a nice garden area and space to park the car.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It’s also pretty big. The hosts were friendly. The wifi worked well. Good value for money

We found the check in process a little difficult. I had informed the hosts of our expected arrival time and also made it clear that we have no internet access to tell them when we arrive so I sent a text message when we were close. Unfortunately there was no one at the property to let us in even though I had told them our estimated arrival time and after waiting for a while and calling them (which no one answered even with multiple attempts) we let ourselves into the apartments we believed was ours to find the wifi password and finally managed to contact them. Luckily the balcony door was open or we would have probably ended up waiting for a long time. It would be good if the check-in process could be clearer like if the hosts can’t wait for your arrival at least the key could be waiting in an agreed spot. The location isn’t terrible but it is worse than many other apartments in Ksamil because you don’t get a sea view and it’s a little further from the beach. It’s still close enough for it to only be a short 5-minute walk to the beach, though.

Beautiful vila,very clean near the center of Ksamil close to the supermarket and the restaurant. The location of the vila in a quiet area. Contact with the owner in English .The owner are nice and helpful. The car parking in the garage right next to the property. Walk to the beaches about 10 minutes. Very nice place.
