Need pay attention to bathrooms and ckeaning

Good breakfast and opposite the Elephant Transit Sanctuary. Organised an excellent safari to Udawalawe

Pool was very murky and did not appear to be cleaned on a daily basis. No hot water in the shower and no pressure. Very noisy bed

Pool was great, right outside the room. It got full sun all day so the water was nice and warm as well. Lots of birds in the trees, easy to feel like you were away from it all. Staff were very kind too. Air con was great as it was very hot during the day and still very warm at night.

The bed and doors were all very squeaky. Felt like I was waking up the neighbours by opening the bathroom door. Also, the room had very little storage for clothes. But otherwise, very comfortable.

the dark restaurant was full of mosquitoes and the menu was very limited.

Room was clean and tidy

No milk and tea leaves at the room.In restaurant foods are bit expensive.

The room was fine for my purpose as I was working at the ETH

Good location

WiFi not working in a premise. TV not clear couldn't watch

We stayed two nights in the hotel and even got an upgrade and a room by the pool. Check-in was great and the staff helpful. We booked a morning safari and the hotel provided an experienced driver, guide and breakfast. We even had binoculars we could use during the safari. The food was okay, breakfast totally sufficient.
