Beautiful and unique space, presented with class and style. Super comfy beds, very clean apartment, complimentary bottle of Prosecco, lovely outdoor jacuzzi with views to die for. Really couldn't fault anything. Breakfast was also great, and George is helpful, friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend. If you're tossing up between a stay in Fira or Oia, Fira is definitely less touristy, with a much nicer feel, and the same spectacular views..

We had the best visit because we stayed here! Help from the porter with our bags. The view was heaven, the bed so comfortable, the jacuzzi in the room divine! Bottle of champagne on arrival. The breakfast delivered was very yummy too!

Good view n the suites is very nice n cozy. The view from the suites is excellent for sunset. The room is comfortable with jacuzzi.

The location of the hotel is down from the top. Have to use many staircase n I have problem with my knee after surgery. Problem to go up and down. No lift for handicap person. They need to improve more on this in the future.

The views are amazing, the cave house architecture uniquely old world but also modern amenities … close to walkable restaurants, grocery, and shopping boutiques … We also had family game night two of the nights with games in the villa. The sunset views from top deck were phenomenal. Hot tubs provided a fun relaxing option since we were there in the off season.

our family had some adjustment (as we did in most properties and restaurants/WCs in Greece) that paper needed to tossed in the trash bin vs toilet … but all part of the adventure I suppose!

the room was very spacious.. it had a shared pool with 1 other villa … George was our host and was extremely quick in answering to the queries.. very helpful and very patient.. I did ask him alot of questions but he was happy answering them.. the cleaning lady was extremely good.. we got complimentary champagne and alot of chocolates.. Cleaning lady made sure that room was all cozy when we entered the room again at night… Location is very good.. everything is nearby.. I recommend to go to PK bar and Lithos cafe which is very close by.. Overall my experience was amazing.. I really recommend it to everyone

Excellent unblocked view. Couldn’t imagine without someone whom George had arranged to help us with the luggage.

Am not sure about the rest of accommodations there. it will be perfect to have washing machine and dryer installed.

Whole stay was amazing. Host was great - organised our transfers from the port and to the airport. Villa is superb with plenty of space and an amazing sunset view. Loved the little extra touches as well with fresh fruit and great breakfasts.

The staff is awesome. The host is available anytime to help their guests in everything. He helped us coordinating transportation, providing recommendations of restaurants, etc. The location is wonderful.

Great place for couples with spectacular views. Host Chris was more than accommodating with dinner reservations, transportation and any other service we requested. Views were unbelievable and had outdoor seating for meals and sunbathing with 2 jacuzzis.

Some bedrooms did not have a lot of storage for hanging clothes but can be accommodated. Upstairs bathroom is sloped so need to watch your head when using toilet and sink, but it’s part of the cave home and can be accommodated.

The location is amazing! Beautiful views of Santorini and only a short walk to the Main Street by the Orthodox Cathedral. Chris helped us immensely. He was so friendly and educated us about the island. He even helped us with our baggage. The complimentary breakfast was prepared fresh everyday. It was so yummy! (And the orange juice was just incredible!)

This wasn't a hotel as described. Just villas attended by the owner himself. Points below did not fit the descriptions on Booking.com at all. Breakfast was continental until we complained. Indoor jacuzzi was kept at 32°C automatically and had no controls. Totally useless and wasn't used even once. People from other rooms were swimming in our outdoor pool and hung their wet cloths in our area.

We loved the quietness of the property, yet only minutes away from Fira town centre.

Chris and Ionas were so helpful in booking tours, transport, and COVID-19 testing. The breakfast was delivered by a catering company every morning and was fabulous (egg options, breads, pastries, orange juice, etc.). The view of the caldera from our patio was amazing. We enjoyed breakfast and sunsets watching the view.

Top location, right in the city center with amazing views. Sparkling clean and very well maintained. You can enjoy the sunset right in front of you from roof top.. Thank you Ionas for some amazing local tips. We stayed in three bedroom villa with two hot tubs.

- Limited breakfast options (for vegetarians) - water in the hot tubs could be little more warmer to enjoy the perfect sunset.

Everything is amazing.Perfect view and sunset.Not so far from center Fira.(3-4 minutes by walk)Heated pool on the roof and more cold at the first floor.The host was very nice and kind,especially Ionas .Very clean and the lady from cleaning is an amazing person.

We must say that this property blew us away. We are seasoned travellers and see a lot of hotel rooms and villas but this place is just WOW! From the moment we arrived in Santorini-Chris was on the phone waiting for us to arrive. He even met us at the cathedral so that we would not be lost. The property was a 3 bed villa with 2 private pools and oh my god it was breath taking The views over the Caldera were awesome The villa was so well kitted out and probably the most spotless clean place I’ve stayed. You could eat off the floor that’s how clean it was! Even the outside areas-not a speck of dust to be found. The breakfast is one to be rivalled and would keep you full until dinner. Chris and his team were on hand to help us book any activities or services we required which was fantastic. We will certainly be back I could never see myself staying anywhere else. It’s really central also which was so handy! Thank you guys for making our holiday so special This is a super deluxe 5 star experience.

Excellent conditions, everything worked. Very spacious and comfortable. Prime location in Fira. Easy to walk everywhere. Nice terrace with a spectacular view.

The villa is facing North, the terrace doesn't get much sun.
