This vacation was a gift to our parents for their 40th marriage anniversary, and it was everything that we wanted and more. Rooms are very specious and incredibly clean( with every day room/cleaning service offered). Staff of the hotel went above and beyond to meet their needs and our requests regarding room decoration, romantic dinner etc. Management and staff contacted me daily to make sure our parents have everything day need… and they did and more! Ilce was our guy:) and worked so hard to make them feel like at home! Communication was amazing. Breakfast was great as well as anything from their beautiful restaurant. Location of the hotel is stunning- right on the lake, little town where hotel is located called Struga is so charming and peaceful with plenty beautiful restaurants and stores. Ohrid is bigger town but just minutes away from the hotel! We are all going back to this peace of paradise!Thank you Mirage! Well done

location was all right . The lobby was beautiful. Swimming pool very good. Beach club was very good.
The breakfast was poor the tables were not clean. Generally the hotel was in a bad state of repair. The front desk staff's knowledge of the area and amenities was inadequate

We arrived to mirage hotel. We went to our room and I didn’t have pillow and bedside table. In addition we didn’t have internet access. I called reception and I waited 30min. I negotiated to change my room and I got it. After 1 hour I went to other room.
I preferred this hotel because I wanted spa services. But reception informed me that they did electrical works (I didn’t believe them). I didn’t have inform about it.
At night we couldn’t sleep because we were listening to the music from the wedding the hotel had.
The breakfast was miserable.
General was the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

To be honest we just expected more from the pool area. As we knew it will rain all day we were looking forward to have a relaxing day in the spa. it’s great to go for swim but it’s not a really relaxing atmosphere.

The cleanliness in the spa was bad.
Every single morning I needed to remind the waiter 5 times what I ordered and sometimes I didn't even get what I ordered.
Wifi signal was extremely bad.

Staff is cultured and friendly and the position of hotel is very good with beautiful see of lake.
Pool water is very cold and everywhere in the hotel is cold except the room and that is the reason for bad grade od me.

The furniture and decor was nice, the restaurant served very good food and reasonable prices and the room was spacious with a lake view and very comfortable large bed.
Reception and restaurant very cold during stay (March). Steam room not working and pool too cold to swim.
Windows in restaurant needed cleaning. Location was a bit far out of town, you need a car.

Rooms definitely need renovation very outdated, the hot water had problems didn’t come at all at least at my room.

Great hotel, comfortable, clean,spacious rooms, loved the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We were upgraded to rooms with stunning views of the lake. If you go in summer beach is just across the road.

The polls, saunas and jacuzzis were closed with no reason. The room and also the other spaces in the hotel were not very clean. The breakfast for the hotel guests was poor and the food (eggs, salami) was cold and not delicious. Buffet was very poor and the table not so clean. In the restaurant of the hotel for the guests of the restaurant the breakfast was very good, delicious and also the waiters were very nice and professional. The breakfast (about 3€).
