Location was fantastic. Great to get to the restaurant's, the water and the train station.

We booked for a twin room, however, on arrival were faced with a double bed, which was just a sofa bed unfolded. There was a single sofa bed in the room, however this was unfolded and we would not have been able to set it up ourselves without moving the furniture around the room. With one of us being pregnant and the other recovering from an injury this is not something we were willing to do ourselves. Also, after a long day of travelling and arriving late, the last thing we wanted to do was start rearranging furniture for a bed that should have been set up for us. The double sofa bed was uncomfortable and very loud, whenever one of us moved the entire bed would creek and squeak. This sounded like an issue in the rooms down our hallway, as one night we were kept awake by the sound of our neighbours (how do I say it) 'enjoying' themselves. Secondly, the aircon in our room did not work, and appeared to blow out warm air. Therefore our room was extremely warm. Thirdly, on our return one day we appeared to have an issue with ants and midges. Which meant after a long day we spent a long time trying to find ways to get them out the room so we could sleep without being too bitten. Fourthly, on the one occasion that we did see a member of staff they could clearly see my hands were full and I was struggling to hold everything. I dropped some things in front of them, and when I asked for some help they proceeded to watch me try and pick everything up whilst shutting the main door on me. We did try to raise the issues above, however, apart from the last point we did not see a single member of staff the entirety of our trip, so we were unable to raise the issues with anyone. Overall the apartment was not worth the price in which we paid.

The view is spectacular from the penthouse..180 degrees. Apartment spacious and airy.

So.many maintenance problems..cant start to list...they dont leave so much as a single tea bag welcome pack...only 2 keys for 6 people...washing machine for penthouse in filthy basement......so much wrong after paying for penthouse

The room was very spacious and clean. We had a view of the pool and an outside balcony area which was lovely. The pool was amazing with lots of comfy deck chairs. The lady at reception was friendly and came to help us straight away when we needed help with the oven. The location is close to the marina and bus stop into town. I would definitely stay here again.

The beds were very hard not comfortable to sleep on at all. We had issues cooking dinner and when we asked they said that you couldn't turn on the oven and hob on at the same time. Also, we were a family of 4 staying for 4 days and we were only given one loo roll for the whole stay.

Good location in desenzano being less than 10 minutes away from the centre of town. apartment is a good size and is quite clean. Friendly staff.

Sofa bed was okay (better than expected hearing from other reviews) but an actual double bed would be better and only one bedside table instead of two? Kitchen - there could be more glasses and utensils.

Excellent location. Had a lift to go to all floors. Very helpful staff. Right on the promenade. Bus stop only 100m from apartment. Market for all groceries 5min walk from apartment. Ferry to all the small tourist attraction along the lake only 10mins walk.

We were not allowed to visit a toilet when we came back to take our bags after check out. This is the first time happening to me. usually it is allowed for the guest to use the toilet at the hotel even when they ask for it 1 hour later after check out. so we had to look for it somewhere on the town!

Location & Reception at Miralago excellent

It is very frustrating when making a Booking on Booking.com only to find that that you need to go through Wonderful Italy then get directed to the host. This process was made worse as the host did not work on a Sunday and this information was not relayed to us

Everything was excellent. We will be back again.

Not recommended! The price does not match the quality! 1. I was deceived - in the photographs there is a passage to the lake. I rented an apartment to swim in the lake. But it is forbidden to swim near the building, the passage is closed. I was in contact with the property - they kept silent about this fact known to them! To the question "Where can I swim?" they said "15 minutes walk". If I wanted to walk 15 minutes, I would take cheaper accommodation! 2. Mold in the shower, a broken handle, a disgustingly working washing machine, a dirty kitchen with ants - after a walk I returned and was horrified, the kitchen was full of ants! I had to throw away bread, pastries, because everything was covered with ants! Disgusting! 3. There is almost no Wi-Fi. This is unacceptable, the impossibility of normal communication at such a price of accommodation! 4. Terrible beds! Hard as a board. I couldn't sleep! Already after the first night my back hurts, and I bought three nights in this disgusting accommodation... Probably, having a balcony overlooking the lake, you can forgive a lot. But in a room on the first floor overlooking the parking lot, I am absolutely unhappy and angry. Wasted money, ruined experience.

Nice place, 3 min walking from the center and all attractions. Exist laundering machine and kitchen.

The room very small and include kitchen, table and sofa. Location on main street make very noisy sleeping all night. The bad wasn't bad it's sofa, with harrable matrazz and very noisy. First night we sleeped on the floor. The sink was cloget out, took them 2 days to open it. After our claim to the desk and request change to another room on other side of building they are ask for double price. I'm not recommend to stay there, find other hotel, there is a lot of options.

The property was perfectly located a 5 minute walk from the town centre. it was very clean and comfortable with a stunning view.

Location is great and the apartments are clean, spacious and modern. Kitchen was full of everything including a dishwasher tablet!!

There was a problem with the AC leaking in the room which needed to be stopped with a towel.

Amazing view from balcony & pool. Right on the lake & 10 mins walk to centre. Supermarket nearby. Train station 15 mins walk. AC in bedrooms. Short train journey to Verona & Venice.

Rooms were a good size, and the rooms were well supplied with kitchen equipment, nice sheets, pillows and towels. The room was all set up when we arrived for 6 guests, including a freshly made sofa bed. The staff was VERY helpful with any questions or issues we had (like sending someone in to fix the air conditioning.) The view from the apartment’s deck was amazing. You could not ask for better as it was direct on the lake. Combined with being a <5 min walk from the town and a clean and cool pool, it was a fantastic location.

The air conditioning. We had a 3 room apartment. One room had working a/c. One a/c did not blow cold air. The third had no a/c but was a dehumidifier. The staff was super nice and helpful about it. They gave us fans to use and sent in a repairman. If the temperature was <85 degrees out, the apartment would be cool enough with the windows open. But above 90 it sweltered. Also the beds were mediocre. Hard in most rooms. More like a budget hotel bed.

liked the lay out. beds were not too comfy night we got there the fridge was not working. it was leaking at the back ad we had to just use the fridge into main socket and not have the use of the oven for the whole stay we were told we would get another extension but never did. very few facilities needed and thought this should be supplied

fabulous pool, access to the promenade and lake. views were amazing and a short walk to the town and all the restaurants. supermarket was 3 minutes walk and a bigger one was 13 minutes walk. east taxi ride to train station. staff were really friendly and helpful.

there wasn’t a lot of equipment for self catering. I asked for more and they provided an extra saucepan and some utensils but needed a lot more for proper self catering. one other small issue is that neighbouring apartments could walk onto and past our balcony so it would have been better with privacy fence

Very good location, directly at lake line, view for Garda lake, close to city centre. Washing machine is a plus :) Nice spacious balcony with Garda view.

Late check in, room was not ready at 16, we had to wait till 16:30. Very noisy aircondition after opening the window, i or when sitting at the balcony. Tip: ask for a balcony near lake or swimming pool.

The beds were a really disaster! A lousy sofa bed. Our apartment was facing a busy street.

Location is excellent. I don't think the standard is as high as appears on booking.com and it is expensive. However the location was perfect

The beds were fairly uncomforable. Tiny sofa very uncomforable. Facilities are quite basic for the high price. No beach towels provided. Decor a bit tired and needs updating to match high price. However I understand covid has been tough for businesses. The hairdryer provided only fitted the socket in the kitchen. Small details could be improved to make this property perfect
