Spotty Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and entire complex Minimal Towels/toilet paper provided. Like 1 bath towel per person and good luck finding someone if you wanted more. No tissues. Literally provide the absolute bare minimum supplies. Had to pay for pool towels Water was never hot for bath/showers. Sometimes warm, sometimes not Front desk intermittently staffed and did not reply to texts as indicated and did not deliver requested items that they said they would. AC seems to have a coordinated shut off from about 930-11 pm every night (ie just as you are trying to fall asleep) Bedroom windows don’t have curtains. None of the issues were massive but for the nightly rate here, expected a higher level of service/quality.

The property was very clean and comfortable. There were all we need in the kitchen. The condition was very good. We had table and chairs for our evenings in the garden. Ten pool was very nice for our children.

Nice unique property with large open floorplan. Getting the keys through the email and texts did not go to well for us or the family that arrived around the same time, but after calling Booking.com, it was sorted out The Manager even bought us dinner because she felt bad about our difficulty!

Just be sure to get good communication regarding your check in and you will be fine.

it is a bit far from the town Desenzano and ordering taxi was not easy.

When we arrived we were welcomed by Paola who showed us around te property. Because there was a party ongoing near our booked appartment we were upgraded to a different room which was perfect! The facilities were clean and everything was taken care of and above expectations. I would recommend Villa Colli Storici to couples or small families. Location, host, facilitiet, everything was great and we've had an amazing stay!

On booking.com it was mentioned that there would be charging facilities for electric cars. This was not the case. However there are public chargers nearby and the hosts were very helpful in finding them.

The room had everything we needed, from enough beds to the tiny details of full kitchen supply with everything but the food. The room was spacious and the complete place was welcoming

A neat, quiet stylish apartment, very friendly host, rain shower, outdoor area, close to the lake and plenty to do like walk along the beach, go to bars restaurants gelaterias (by car, but close)

The host Anna was very friendly and made you feel at home at once. The property was private and only accessible by the people from the apartments. Clean and spacious apartment on the ground level. We had the apartment on the side of the parking and it was cool all day although it was 33° outside.
