Good location, staff mostly friendly and helpful bar a few

No WiFi in rooms. Advertised gym and beach access not available. Room floor dusty and not cleaned daily. Arrived well past expected team but no cots in room meaning my toddlers weren’t able to go to bed until close to midnight.

We spent beautiful days in this hotel and the staff were very excellent The location is great Cleanliness is acceptable

The restaurant is not acceptable We did not find the restaurant open at lunch time There are always problems with the Internet, especially in the apartment

This is my second time staying at Anezi and it's improved massively. We stayed in a newly renovated apartment and it was perfectly kept clean and had everything we needed should we have decided to do our own self catering. All the appliances were new. Previously we stayed in a slightly dated apartment. We were told not all apartments have been renovated as Moroccan tourist prefer a more traditional style.

Pool music was very generic and entertainment was boring. I think maybe some better entertainment and music.

Just that it is near the beach

Anezi apartments WORSE APARTMENTS EVER!!!!!!!!! Iv been visiting Agadir for many years and have never been this much disappointed with an apartment. The main receptionist (short fat man with glasses) absolutely rude!!! I made a booking online and had also paid but this gentleman was adamant I make another payment. After arguing for ages he finally decided to check the system to realise I had already paid online….do I get a apologie? No. Then another gentleman comes exactly the same! Attitude problem with no evidence of a brain. Complete liers. After when we finally received the keys to the apartment, the rooms look nothing like the pictures advertised. Total catfish. Mattress stinks! Pillows and beddings had stains and toiletries are not included neither towels. When you make a booking you will not get a room in the tower itself but will be given a separate block which is few minutes walk away from the main building which I found ridiculous. The pool is disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned, the most they do is get any solid items out. The staff in the anezi apartment are useless, you ask them for anything and they will not understand but will expect a tip for doing absolutely nothing. The food was disgusting and not cooked well, the same person who is the receptionist is also the cook btw. Also the hotel staff will attempt to come into the rooms with there own keys during evening with no knock, lucky I was staying in that night.thieves! On the website it states regards to tourist tax, but when you will arrive & check out they Will deliberately charge you an increase tourist tax which isn’t allowed for them to make a source of income so please be aware!!! Overall trust me do not book this place, price is probably fine but you will have disappointment throughout your trip!!!

The appartement was big and close to the beach and the pool.

The appartement is old ,need to be renovated, the TV channel didn't work.
