While we had a great vacation, and the unit really nice, the cooktop wasn't connected. No one came to fix it so a lot of food we purchased before arriving had to be thrown away and we had to eat out nearly every meal. The sheets were scratchy and the beds not the most comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and glasswear. Nice tvs and appliances.

Great condo- a little pricey but overall wonderful place. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable couches and beds. Pool was amazing. Would definitely do again when we could save up enough for the rental fee

Absolutely gorgeous view and condo. We were very comfortable and happy and would definitely stay here again. Beds super comfy. Showers so amazing. No trickles here. Kitchen had everything.

The family absolutely loved this unit. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and kitchen utensils. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were a nice size. The washer and dryer are full size so doing the family laundry was easy. The elevators were working and the pool area was very clean. Our son's family have stayed in various rentals and they agreed Reflections at Bay Point, Unit 301 is exceptional. They never stayed anywhere that nice. The accomodations made it a great family vacation - plenty of room for everyone.

What a beautiful space we could enjoy with family and friends! We loved how we all have our own rooms and bathrooms! Only thing we wish we had was hangers in each closet!! Otherwise it was perfect. The property was gorgeous.. we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and loves the catamaran we probably rented was right there off a private beach! Loved our place away from all the hustle and bustle of PCB.

Management was very friendly and everyone was super nice. Pool is huge. Condo is well stocked and decorated perfectly. Didn't need anything. With a family of 6, this was the nicest place we have ever stayed. There was a special touch in each room with the furnishings and decorations and everyone had their own space and bathroom. I loved the balcony and gathering for a family meal around the table. We all slept great and enjoyed the heated pools and hot tub. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven!

My family and I have stayed in several rentals here. They were all nice, but this unit was an unexpected step above. Seeing the pics online is one thing but actually seeing it in person is another. It is very spacious and no one felt crowded or inturded upon by anyone else. There were 5 adults 2 kids and an infant. My kids LOVE this particular condo because of the pool. It gets 5 stars for them. The unit is well appointed and has every kitchen item you can think of. It is the best stocked condo kitchen I've seen. All the luxuries of home and upgraded appliances make cooking less of a chore. Thumbs down to the 2nd elevator being out of order.

It has everything you could possibly every need. Also, the owner is very responsive if an issue is reported. On the second day we were there (Sunday afternoon) we noticed that one of the air conditioning zones was not cooling properly. We contacted VACASA who reached out to the owner and within a couple of hours a repairman was onsite and repaired the AC. Sherry (sp?), the VACASA onsite contact even met and stayed (after hours) with the repairman while we were out at dinner. I have never seen that kind of response/service. On a scale of 1-10 this condo is a 10. The property is beautiful and the pool is incredible. At times there were so few people at the pool it was like we had it to ourselves. The only negative that kept me from giving the property a 5 star rating was the elevator. There are only a pair of elevators in the building and one was down the entire week. The other was down when we arrived and even though it was repaired within the hour, being down when we arrived caused us to have to carry all of our luggage (a LOT) up the stairs which was not a fun way to start our vacation and honestly made me worry about the type of place we had chosen to spend our week. Once inside the condo itself and after walking the property, our concerns were put to rest. All things considered, this was by far my favorite property of all that I have stayed at in my 30+ years of coming to Panama City Beach. Everyone in our party agreed that when we return, this will be where we stay.
