I was very impressed with the layout of the house and it's location. Very refreshing even though we only had one day to enjoy it .... However,a week there with a boat rental to enjoy the lake and all of the local things to do, I would definitely recommend it. Great host too

I feel the description and pictures is very accurate. The house was extremely clean and felt right at home. There are some flaws to any home and I am not going to be picky that's not fair. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms very nice. We had the use of the kitchen and it was perfect for us. All the dishes and utensils were clean and nice quality. We were not able to use the lake as we were in and out a lot for other events but its a beautiful view. Master bedroom is amazing. They have a sound machine next to the bed and I let it run all the time as it was so relaxing. Master Bath is spacious and very nice. Everything is so CLEAN. There are helpful notes throughout the house so less confusion and all very helpful. I would stay here again. The neighborhood did make me nervous at first as there is a wide range of homes there but it really is very safe. So quite and nice here I would certainly recommend this lake house to anyone. Also if I had any questions or concerns they were answered right away. Couldn't ask for a better host they were wonderful to work with.

When I saw that the property had 14 5star reviews, I was excited. But when we arrived I was confused. The kitchen ceilings were so low that my boys had to duck under the light fixture so they wouldn’t hit their heads. The house was old and worn, except for the master bed and bath which were lovely. The neighborhood was odd- trailer homes and pop up campers lined the street. Coming from Atlanta, I hid was definitely not what I was expecting for the price we paid.

My wife and two daughters stopped in after a long drive (summer camp). What a beautiful evening and morning this very well taken care home provided! The lower decks on the water were so refreshing with a cool morning and evening. The house was extremely comfortable with a relaxing hot tub in the main bathroom. Wish we had more time to enjoy the water! Thank you!

We did not get to spend much time at the house but enjoyed it while we were there. The view odd very pretty and the owner was super nice and responsive!

Property had an amazing view and access to Logan Martin Lake. We were there during the winter so didn't experience the lake. The area was quiet and quaint. Would stay there again.

This lake house was a perfect place for me and my family when traveling for a family wedding. The lake is beautiful! The house is clean and beds very comfortable. Susan has thought of everything, and you will feel right at home! Thank for you sharing this home with us!

From arrival to departure, this is one of the easiest VRBO rentals we’ve done (and we average one trip every 4-6 weeks). The decorations are impressive, home has everything we needed, and communication was at its best. My elderly daddy ended up staying with us due to friends illness and the split bedroom/three bath arrangement worked out wonderfully. The night we checked in there was a tornado warning at 11 p.m. and the security system let us know. Owner prepared this property like their own home and is continuing to make improvements. Excellent stay!

We booked our stay for 4 nights over Christmas. Susan's place is charming, tastefully decorated and well appointed. We used the kitchen to cook most of our meals and found everything we needed there. The home was spacious enough for our multi-generational group of 6, with plenty of seating for everyone relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from the living room. The master bedroom is especially large and the bed super comfortable. That master bathroom is pretty impressive as well. We were so excited to arrive and find a beautifully decorated Christmas tree all lit up in the corner of the living room! That along with the many other fun holiday decorations scattered throughout the place made for a very festive stay. Those special touches were very much appreciated. Being that the weather during our stay was not ideal to enjoy the lake from outdoors, we only made the trip down to the dock once. There are many fairly steep steps down to the water, which could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. This would be expected given the location of the home and it's great that there are quite a few nice spots to stop and sit along the way! Overall a wonderful stay and we would book again.

What a wonderful week! 4 adult cousins from Alabama, Oregon, Texas, and Alaska - enjoyed our lake time together! Home is so comfortable and cozy. Great beds, nice kitchen and baths, stocked with all we needed. Friendly, helpful host and convenient to shopping, interstate, restaurants, and more. Very steep steps, and long walk down to a great boathouse and swimming dock, so be careful. Breathtaking sunset views over the beautiful lake.
