Paid extra for a spa room only to be told upon arrival that rooms are under renovation and that we can't use the spa bath in the room that I paid for! In addition, the bistro was closed and we had to go and find food elsewhere even though it was a Friday night and the booking said food is available at the hotel.

I paid extra for a room with additional facilities only to be told that I can't use these facilities. There was rubbish under the beds in the room, the bath tub was stained, holes in the walls and carpet, no lock on the door, no hot water.

The shower/bathroom needs an update. The vanity needed replacing. But it was clean and did the job.

Not family friendly, alot of noise from other guests drinking, loud music until late. Then more noise and carrying on when the returned from their night out. Might of been a 1 off but we won't return.
